PAUL: A staggering abuse of power - Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution

The United States Constitution,is a TRUSTED document. It is IN A TRUST!!! This document,which has afforded us the greatest protection, freedoms,and liberty we have as a nation,and made us, the most powerful Nation on earth.! .A trust,is a legal separate entity that has the greatest of power,and powers.I suggest that the Senate,use the authority they have been granted to them. The Constitution of the United States of America, IS THE SUPREME LAW of the land. Senate has the constitutional right to protect,guard,defend, our democracy,protect and defend,and uphold the Constitution as they have sworn to,and not allow our United States of America Constitution to be USURPED,or the Senate to be usurped.!! Our Constitution IS OUR Protection from any,that would seek to take the powers and freedoms that OUR constitution grants us. I am sure if required,the U.S.Supreme Court of the land can affirm this. Where are all the constitutional attorneys? Where are the defenders of our Liberty and our Freedom?I am greatful for Senator Rand Paul who has fearlessly STOOD for AMERICA'S citizens.Both Republicans and Democrats that gave him a standing ovation in the filibuster.This a an AMERICAN ISSUE.We as a nation,cannot hand over,and give away,our freedoms,to an organization.The U.N. is an organization.NOT a country.We fund it.It does not have the right,to dictate to us.Nor does it have the right,to take away our guns as the U.N.small arms treaty could do. Our law,is.....the U.S. CONSTITUTION.

Former Congressman Bob Bar wrote an interesting article in The Washington Times August 19,2013.Seems to reflect my exact concerns if anyone cares to comment regarding the Arms Trade Treaty.I would like to hear some type of reassurance that the Sovereignty of the United States,is not threatened by an action or inaction,on the part of our elected Senators and Congressmen to protect the CONSTITUTION and all its laws,protections,rights and,freedoms.
