Nor were they permanent residents, they were foreign students on temporary visas.
Nor did they stay in the country. Kamala's mother, after divorce, moved with her underage daughter to Canada.
Nor is it likely they could have passed background checks. They were both activists, and her father has been said to be a Marxist.

I can only assume the riots were partly to keep people from mentioning this, but it has another reason -
by ignoring the natural born requirements of the constitution, it opens the door to any communist member of china
from running their own children born here as president of the usa under pretense - something a good many of them
are already doing, sending the ccp to the universities here.

This sets the stage for that, complete takeover. There is not much difference between foreign students with temporary visas from one country or another.

The elected representatives will stop nothing. This is on the masses to defend their rights.

I didn't say they will stop it, I just said they are one of our last hopes of stopping it peacefully, and they better realize that doing the right thing is helping keep the country, not "it's only our business to peacefully count ineligible votes", when it is clear in the constitution that isn't true.

I don't necessarily expect them to stop it without the Lord's intervention. I just know what they have a duty to do, and that they should know it will cause a lot of harm to the country if they don't do the right thing here.

Lets not never forget how the same media treated Rand Paul awful and even as far their democrat candidates like tulsi gabbard as a Assad Apologist. The media still thinks that regime change and interventionism is popular. But never mind if you are like Obama who sticks with their scripts and agenda, even if you militarily invade, bomb regime change a country the media will never question why you did or say they or their choice of person was wrong to decide to do it.

I loathe the thought of "defending" Harris, but under current immigration law if she was born in the U.S. then she is a U.S. citizen at birth. At least, that is the current state of immigration law.

Citizen and Natural Born Citizen are different.

Being a citizen at birth by law isn't naturally born, it's man made, a man made law, by definition. It has nothing to do with "at birth", but if it is natural or man made.

That has always been true, and while sometimes there are differences in history if both or one parent needs to be a citizen, or if you have to be born in the country, they all include at least one parent. American families have american children. That is just the way it is natural, no man made law made it.

Yes. By law, Kamala Harris is a citizen by birthright as opposed to, say, a citizen via naturalization. I'm aware that there are debates over this, but it seems clear that there isn't a challenge against candidates born in the U.S., or even against candidates born outside the U.S. to U.S. citizen parents (such as McCain). Therefore, it seems that the interpretation is that a U.S. citizen at birth is eligible.
