They don't want a president who will drain any swamp. They want a president who at the same time both exemplifies the swamp and complains about the swamp and talks about draining it. And they still have that. Listen to any conservative talk radio. There is no disappointment to be found. Trump and his appointments are doing what they elected him to do.

Even assuming they aren’t lying and Epstein very well did kill himself: that still doesn’t excuse the fact that Epstein was not on a 24/7 watch after Epstein’s previous “suicide” attempt.

In toto, the chain of events that contributed to Epstein’s death are simply inexplicable and inexcusable: a lack of administrative oversight, failure to follow jail protocol, inadequate supervision, staffing issues, malfunctioning cameras, etc…

The culmination of these malfeasances strongly indicate that the failures in Epstein’s supervision were not merely negligence but were instead intentional acts of omission designed to facilitate Epstein’s suicide.

In short, it is disingenuous of Bongino and Patel to suggest that the events surrounding Epstein’s death while in the custody of the State do not indicate a larger, orchestrated conspiracy.
