South Carolina decides in a few weeks if they will unbind their GOP delegates on the first ballot - all 50 -
that got bound to Trump after the SC primary.
There was talk about other states that have it in their rules as well . . .
when do they also have delegate selection conventions where more unbinding can happen
(even if by surprise to the dumbfounded Duhnald, again)

The Palmetto State was one of several that required candidates to pledge their loyalty to the party’s eventual nominee in order to secure a slot on the primary ballot.
