BradlyinDC has already posted in another thread what those 'other' votes were. It would seem that there were SEVERAL names on the ballot that none of us have every heard of. Evidently folks that just got their names on the NH balltots for whatever reason but were never serious candidates.

Could be votes for Brownback, Tancredo etc who may still be on the ballot?

so, thats 3200 "other" votes. It those were Ron Paul votes, that would put him at 21,476 and 4th place.

Yes, i think you mean this thread..

I was confused before too, but it seems right if you look at that list from the WP.

In addition, I believe you can also write in names. Every election, there are Democrats who write in the name of a Republican and visa versa. For example, you may have had some Republicans writing in Obama. Those will all be reported as "Other".

This must be immediately investigated... moving votes to "Other" is a common method of Fraud according to blackboxvoting.org

That way the tallies still add up. In light of the existing fraud exposure, we need to dig and see how deep this rabbit hole actually goes.

Yeah, this whole thing stinks. My sources on the ground in NH said the turnout was huge for Obama. He also got screwed.

Not to mention this country:

Lisbon - 340 votes

VOTE COUNT METHOD: Hand Counted Paper Ballots

- Romney = 47 votes = 13.82%
- Thompson = 3 votes = 0.88%
- Other = 77 votes = 22.65%

Other coming in second place? Maybe there's a valid reason for this - maybe not.

But for "other" to be getting so many votes - it sounds extremely fishy to me. Are we to believe that an average of 5% of the people voted for somebody not on the ballet?

Come on here...keep up....there were OTHER NAMES ON THE BALLOTS. Several of them, in fact. Those folks got some votes but, since there weren't 'national candidates', they got lumped together under 'other'. Now granted, SOME of those votes MAY have actually ben for RP but, without inside poll watchers in each precinct, we'll never know unless those are places with paper ballots than can be recounted.
