Orlando GOP refuses Ron Paul supporters

The Republican Party in Florida is devoured by John MCCain - I can't find ONE SINGLE PERSON who claims to have voted for him and yet he WON in the primaries? I wonder how much McCain sent to Deibold to rig the machines?

Here in Livingston Parish as far as Republican voters they were for mostly Huckabee and Paul, everyone else in my parish are Democrats. I've found so few McCain supporters, I have to question if even he had a vote count as high as it was.

This is why I sometimes think that the Marxist-Leninist had the right strategy. Not that their values and goals were correct, but that their strategy for taking power was highly successful. The infiltration into a community or organization was the key. They would pretend to be one of them to gain their trust and gain power, then slowly start to steer the party in another direction. The peons who follow do so blindly, just as they do now. Use their blind loyalty against them. Eventually, they find themselves fighting for our cause without even know why or how it happened. It is really quite sad that we have to fight to save the freedom of people who do not appear to want it. I'd say that we were doing it for their own good but then I'd sound like the current administration that takes our civil liberties under the same mantra "we know what's best for you".

The Marxist/Leninists have the correct strategy, I do not like their ideology, but there is no other peaceful way to return this country to its Constitutional origins. We must continue to move into the party and work for the long term. It is ashame that these people do not see that we intend no malice. I would say that we are 10x or more opposed to socialism and big government than they are. It is almost as if they are completely crazy!!!

To the original poster...It appears that they have become crazy conspiracy theorists :D . They see Ron Paul monsters behind every corner. They incorrectly think that we are liberal Democrats because of our unwavering staunch support of the Bill of Rights LOL! Silly whackos! We are the Super Fiscal Conservatives, the Super Limited Government, Super Constitutionalists, and the Super Supporters of the Bill of Rights, and the Super Enemy of Socialism. They just don't know what to make of us...we don't fit into their current paradigm of Left and Right.

If you had been to any of the OCREC meeting you would have seen first. You take one person's word and assume it is the gospel. Investigate

Can you really blame us?

Do we believe someone who joined this forum in January 2008 and just submitted his first 2 posts with some vague statements about "not knowing the whole story".

This election was designed, coordinated and rigged from the start to finish. From who was at the debates, from when they entered the race, for how long they stayed in the race, for how they cluttered and muddied the field, to how the states were organized to win and fall for certain candidates, for who suspended his campaign rather strangely, etc etc. This was do- or die for the powers that be, and everything from the top down was done in collusion for Paul to lose, to never get past 3rd place, from the media smears, to the electronic voting, to the whole god damn thing. I am certain Paul knows this.

Where are Mccains rally's with 5000 adoring fans off the street. No, I don't want to see 70 people packed into a town hall with extremely delicate and well chosen camera angles for the appearance of support. I want to see what Paul achieved on the campaign trail. Sorry folks, we've all been had in a huge scam.

There's no reason to make this a secretive "i know something you all don't" process. Why not share your knowledge so we can judge for ourselves.

Why don't you share? If you have another perspective I'd love to read it!

I only know one person in the Orlando Ron Paul group and that is Nick (PennyCat) the author of this and the RP meetup leader there.

I am not fighting for porn. I am fighting for the right of the people to publish anything they so choose. The ultimate goal here is supposed to be freedom and liberty.

sorry.. you just seem obsessed with porn. we are on the same page with freedom though. i am more worried about how quickly this country is atrophying. show me a party that is up and running now that respects the constitution as much? the Libertarians? they seem to be anti-religion, but they are far better than dems or pubs. bob barr isn't the worst candidate to have running. he is far better than the 3 stooges.

They wouldn't have to because they never would of allowed it to get to this point.

The constitution doesn't forbid states and local governments from infringing on speech - this is a byproduct of the 14th amendment which also stripped religion out of schools and town squares.

under what law? sounds like tyranny... if a community wants to have a manger scene in their town square and govt forbids it... that is not freedom. you people are too globalists for me.

It's up to us to send them Manifestos!

Coming soon to a GOP near you....

I'm not sure what you are talking about.

In the first part, you ask for what law? The constitution is enumerated, it lists what powers the federal government has. The first amendment is the only area that even deals with speech and religion, and it is strictly a limitation of what the U.S. Congress can do.

Then I reach the second part and it appears you are agreeing with me but failed to comprehend what I even said.

The constitution doesn't require or forbid the banishment of religions in schools and town squares. This bastardization is a result of the 14th amendment and court cases some of which happened 50+ years after the 14th amendment was ratified.

Can we dispel the myth that the Libertarian Party is atheistic/anti-religion? What is the basis for this seemingly commonly held belief here? There seems to be a misconception that the LP is an atheistic version of the Constitution Party . . . not so, my friends. I encourage everyone who feels estranged from the 2-party system to check into the LP; my guess is that many of you would find a home there, whatever religion you practice or don't practice. (Hint: It's not about religion, it's about FREEDOM of religion . . . inherent individual Rights. Making the Constitution a priority is necessary for *everyone's* liberty -- religious people, atheists, and all.)

Look, this isn't all that important anyway. As I said, even if you and your fellow eight Paulitions were to gain your local executive committee seats, the term of office will only be for the next seven months.

If I were you, I would really spend my time planning your Executive Committee campaign, as well as identifying and organizing with all the other Paulities in your county to take over your local party after November 4, 2008. If you're going to play...play to win.
