Only 17.51% of RP supporters voted in Iowa. No wonder we were 5th. Learn from stats:

I just crunched the numbers, and it came up piss weak.

I really don't think it's one age group. It's that there's a hardcore bunch, and then there are people who heard a couple of things and think "he's nice". But that's where it ends for them.

The most important analysis available, is more analysis, of the hardcore analysis.

I'm not sure what you mean. The hardcore will turn out at 100%, but their numbers are tiny. Not much to analyze, there.

So, what's required, is some "hardcore" action, do you need a special reason to be kicking some ass?

Wouldn't want you to give up your Sundays, and join Richie, and the rest of them.

Don't worry, us older folks will stitch things up for you.

The media knows what we are in the process of finding out. America is fat, dumb, and lazy, they won't get off the couch, they won't lift a finger to change this country. They can spin, lie, cheat and steal and enough of the population is stupid enough so they can do it all over again and we won't lift a finger to stop them.
Instead of doing what Ron Paul is willing to do we can cut his support in 1/2 by just saying they will do the same. McCain on inflation ( example), he has never said a word about inflation until he got to NH and they wanted to hear it.

I am afraid America will get what it deserves and I should be preparing to move to belieze before TSHTF.

I'm doing everything I can but even that may fall short.

In the words of George Carlin:
They own you.

I stilll don't think many of our members fully understand what an election is or how to win one, having a camapign that is clueless about how to win doesn't help change that.

Sorry mate,

But the so called"Revolution" pivots on the exclamations of your conductor, and you follow the baton, unerringly, and without question.

That's not how you start a Rock n Roll band!

Watch this, it is 5 minutes of eye opening George Carlin. Gotta love him!

If I'm not mistaken 17% is pretty damn good for a caucus/primary, especially when you consider that many of our supporters are young.

Keep in mind that historically, young people are all hype and NEVER show up when it counts. 17% is surprisingly good.

Sure, if even half of our supporters would show up we'd easily win the nomination but thats not being realistic because historically it never happens.

We can do better than 17% however, but keep in mind we're at least doing better than the other candidates and working with younger voters.

Geesh!

That's pretty damn good... Take some photographs, save some Newspaper clippings, and videos of you not watching Fux Television, and show them to your kids.

Good luck...

We need 80%!!! What the hell is wrong with people?

I guess stupidity and ignorance still dominates, even within a group that is supposed to be the enlightened group. This just makes me so f***** mad. 100% of his supporters should show up. IDIOTS!!!

The kiddies, will surely understand.

Something to look forward to...

I realized you guys were spitting chips, when I saw the "idolization" of media personalities.

Go back to the Mall!

Stop being so damn crabby... If your an old one yourself, then its your dumb arse generation that got America to this point to begin with...

Another bloody yank with hoodspah!

I was raised American for 23 years, a product of the midwest, and the southwest.

Give me some attitude.

Sorry for being an asshole, but c'mon, the internet is a good start, but you've got to start kicking some ass on the streets.

Go Fucking Vote!

WTF? Only 17.5 % of Ron Paul Supporters showed up? WTH? Everyone that is a Paul supporter MUST take your Election Day off and vote... do we really want a president obabma? I really don't.... Please go and vote!
If this is true, it's just beyond my comprehension. What on earth could possibly be wrong with people. How on earth can you be a RP supporter and not vote? It makes no sense at all.

I don't watch Fox news. Also, I'm 25 so I guess I would be considered one of the younger voters - I'm just trying to be realistic here. I know how hard it is to get my friends off their asses to even fill out the form to register Republican. Then, its another battle to get them off their asses to vote when the day arrives. If we could get 25% turnout that would be amazing.

The people saying we should should get 75% plus are simply not being realistic. These may be the same people who thought we could take first place in Iowa.

I'm pretty sure the average turnout in primaries is 10%, so while 17% sounds bad, its actually better than normal.

Obviously, we should focus on getting as many supporters out to vote as possible, as this is clearly the key to victory, but we should not expect a near perfect turnout because you're doing nothing more than guarenteeing yourself disappointment.
