We got 7 delegates for sure but hoped to get all 17. The online votes have not been counted yet so that should help us. Everyone who is serious about change has to determine to get involved in their local Republican party for years if not decades. That is the only way we can take over the party. It will take hundreds and thousands of us but it can easily be done.

Not bad. We bombed at the Harrison County Convention today. 5 people turned out for us, and some of them didn't even vote for all of the Ron Paul delegates.

I only got 3 votes.

I hope we make up for it in online voting, but so many Huckabee people turned out today that I'm not sure there's any way at all we can make up for it. We may be totally out of the running in Harrison County.

It is far easier to take over another party

100,000 highly committed people nationwide who are willing to give ten years can possibly do it. 200,000 could do it for sure. We have the internet now to communicate and hold us together.

The advantage is we gain the republican base and apparatus. Most Republicans agree with 85% of what Dr. Paul says. Alot of them would fall in line if the party platform and leadership were on board. We need a website to sign people up and hold us together.

In contrast 200,000 people in a third party is a blip of nothing.
