Rand sure seems to be on a very fast rise to the top. Hopefully he doesn't peak too soon. It's all very exciting
I think the last person to get a major party nomination who had never won a statewide election was Wendell Wilkie in 1940.Also congressmen don't tend to do well in presidential races. I cant remember the last one to get the nomination who was a congressman?

Rand is adding 10,000 /week incredible...
He's closing in on 500k mark now.
Hopefully we get to 1 million for when he announces,

In retrospect this comment is pretty funny.

Rand's likes per day has dropped dramatically over the last week or so. Several <1000 days, it's almost at the Rubio daily level. Not sure what was the cause.
I don't expect him to maintain the filibuster pace, but he was averaging 3k+ likes a day for a while before the filibuster.
Before the filibuster I had Rand reaching 1 million sometime in the summer (assuming he maintained the pace he had for over a month)
Rand averaged 788 likes over the last 5 days. If that becomes the new norm that would push back reaching 1 million to a little more than 200 days from now or almost 7 months (November)
If Rand is to reach 1 million by July the average likes per day over the next 3 months would need to be about 1.8k likes a day.
So hopefully this is just a short term dip.
I hate to say it, but I think Rand's immigraton plan has taken some of the wind out of his sails, at least with conservatives. Maybe it will help during a general election campaign.
