Ok...so meet here in 4 years?

I just don't know. I feel useless. It would be nice to be in Congress so I could actually try to make a difference.

No we have other elections in the mean time like Kelli Ward.

KELLI WARD!!!!! SHE IS AWFUL! I know she's running against McCain but trading one idiot for another is not something I plan on donating my time and effort to.. no thanks.

Can we please get Judge Napolitano to run next time. That's someone who could replicate the best things from the Ron Paul campaign and probably even outdo him in some ways, especially with his exceptional speaking and TV skills.

There wont be a war with Russia the elites arent that crazy. They need profits there wont be profits in a wasteland.

I'd vote for the Judge TODAY.... He would get MASSIVE excitement out of the people. Now THERE's someone who could kick some electoral ass....

First step become a delegate NOW

Become a delegate, get like minded people elected to national committee members, kick out your state party leadership

Yes, please.

Yes, here in 3 years.

Yes concentrate on the Senate, the House and local elections but we need a Paul in the white house.

Ok, guys and gals. Enjoyed talking strategy and statistics with you for the last year or so (or 8).

-God, this stings-

I remember back in, I think, 2008 watching videos of Rand speaking to Ron supports. People on the forums were like, "Man, he can talk! Let's draft Rand for president!" And then, holy shit, "it's happening" Rand ran for senate. Before I knew it, toady's the primary, and I was praying to Aquabuddha for a victory. Best money I ever spent, donating to his senate campaign, then watching him make some bureaucrat cry over low-flow toilets.

Anyway, on to the next fight. This one wasn't meant to be.

So, maybe meet here in 4 years for Amash 2020???
ok...fight we must. Keep setting brush fires folks

Rand's nor our fight is over. It is important that we continue the fight to dismantle federal overreach into our civil liberties and spreading the message. This means ensuring Rand maintains his Senate seat.

Best idea. He's charming, morally and philosophically consistent, and has a presence on a major news station, all major advantages in politics.

There have already been nominate Napolitano movements that have fizzled out before. Time to get working I suppose.

It isn't just about the Presidency. Let's get other people elected.

Exactly. The President (even a President Paul) isn't the panacea to all our problems, but statist politicians and the media want you to buy into the cult of the presidency. That's why I'm not disappointed at all that Rand suspended his campaign. It frees up our time and resources to focus on things where we can make a difference. For instance, we may need to protect Justin Amash again this cycle, and that would be a lot harder to do if Rand was running for a nomination he may never win.

I will stay here, of course. It's a sad day but the fight for liberty never goes away.

im taking a break. ill come in and out, but today just got me. i dont blame rand. its hard to win whn the media wont cover you equal to all the others, wont include you in polls, wont talk about you in post debate, but most importantly, its hard to win when people give their word to vote for you in iowa, but yet, dont show up to do so. i really blame the iowa youth for this one. thanks guys for being lazy and letting freedom muffle. this is on you, not me, and certainly not on rand. we all did our part, but you didnt. see you all sometime in the future.

Goodbye, So Long...

There's always elections going on. National congress, state congress, governorships, local elections, city council, park and recreation director, etc

The important thing is we never stop voting. If we stop voting, it means we have given up. So let's keep voting for the next 100 years and beyond.

Not the only way, just one way.

Other popular ways are sign waving, petitions, and strongly worded letters to congress.

Some of the more radical here among us may think we can make changes by throwing snowballs but I just don't think it's an effective way of making change.

Better stick to the more tried & true methods, like voting.

I would love to see Peter Schiff run for senate in a different state, and then eventually for president.

Man, that would be so amazing. C-span would get a huge spike in ratings whenever he is on the floor talking or filibustering the debt cealing. Just the town halls he did back in 2010 where gold:

No! Keep it up! Don't stop! LOCALLY is where the action is happening. My county and region has elected numerous Ron Paul supporters and liberty minded people to party, local and state offices, because we built on our organization every election. This is our time and our moment, if we keep on pushing.
