Sarah Palin despite some blunders has won the debate I think just by beating the game of low expectations standing against a guy with 35 years of foreign policy experience ( so smart, he happened to vote for Iraq war resolution). Palin's flag pin is also bigger than that of Biden's.

Although, personally I disagree with Palin's views more than I disagree with Biden's current views.
