BREAKING: A federal judge in Arizona ruled that election officials must hand over records of 1.2 MILLION "unknown" voters on the State's 2024 election voter rolls to election integrity activists for inspection
“The Court is aware that compiling the records may prove difficult, which the Court will account for in the time it allows Defendant to produce the requested records. However, that difficulty has no bearing on Citizen AG’s right to receive the records, whether they had made such a request two years ago (on November 9, 2022, when Plaintiffs contend the State of Arizona should have cleaned up its voter rolls) or six days before the election. The law is the law, even on the eve of an election.” - Judge Stephen P. Logan
The reason I think this is an amazing ruling is because the courts have given the Election Fraudsters nowhere to hide. If they pull any fraud in this election, we will know faster than Usain Bolt finishes a 100-meter race. The judges are FED UP with their shenanigans, and rightfully so.
Thank you to the patriots over at
@_CitizenAG for bringing this lawsuit.
WOW! Judge Logan was PISSED at the Democrat Secretary of State for not showing up to answer questions.

@AZDesert_Rose posted of the judge questioning the SOS's rookie lawyer.
Judge: Is there anything the Secretary can do before November the 5th as it relates to determining if there are any ballots that have already been cast by any members of exceptant registrants?
Ms. Hartman-Tellez: Your Honor, I don't...
Judge: You don't know?
Ms. Hartman-Tellez: I don't know. I think it's highly unlikely.
THE COURT: Why isn't the Secretary here?
Ms. Hartman-Tellez: Well, Your Honor, because it is four days before an election and this...
Judge: Why isn't one of the Secretary's lawyers here that sees him every day and works with him every day?
Ms. Hartman-Tellez: Your Honor, this hearing was not -- it wasn't clear to us that this was to be an evidentiary hearing that witnesses were required. We can, you know, I...
Judge: You don't know?
Ms. Hartman-Tellez: I do know that everyone working in the Secretary's office is incredibly busy right now. Obviously appearing in federal court is a very important.
Judge: I know my courtroom deputy is incredibly busy. My court reporter is incredibly busy. The three lawyers behind you, I am sure they are all incredibly busy. The nature of being a professional and being gainfully employed, working and earning a wage that you pay taxes on, by virtue of what we do, I think we are all incredibly busy. But I wish I was in a position to tell the Ninth Circuit or the Supreme Court when something gets sent back to me, "I would have done better, but I'm incredibly busy." Don't think the Ninth Circuit cares that I'm incredibly busy, because at the end of the day, under Article III, just like the Secretary of State, I have responsibilities that I need to take care of as it relates to my job."
The judges are FED UP with their shenanigans.
