I've got a better idea. Why don't you show all this proof now and take Biden out of the race?

Trouble in Fulton County? High-Powered Defense Attorneys Move to Withdraw Amid Questions About 2020 Ballots

There’s trouble in Fulton County, Georgia as two high-powered criminal defense attorneys have suddenly filed a motion to withdraw from a 2020 election case.

Criminal Defense Attorneys Donald F. Samuel and Amanda R. Clark Palmer have motioned to withdraw themselves from the Favorito v. Wan case, according to the motion.
There’s trouble in Fulton County, Georgia as two high-powered criminal defense attorneys have suddenly filed a motion to withdraw from a 2020 election case.

Rasmussen speculated that the lawyers reportedly motioning to withdraw may have something to do with “missing” mail ballots.

“These 150,000 still secret 2020 unfolded mail ballots with the perfect ovals protected by court order for 3 years may have gone missing, and the county’s lawyers have just quit,” Rasmussen posted on X.

It is not clear why the lawyers are withdrawing from the case. Becker News has reached out to the law firm Garland, Samuel and Loeb for comment and will update accordingly.

Democrats in 2024 will have children circling the dots by hand and folding each and every fraudulent ballot. It will be a patriotic movement to have children involved in stealing the most secure election in history.

A US government-funded group at Stanford said its work was "nonpartisan," but it wasn't. A newly released tranche of files, exclusive to Public, show that it demanded censorship of Republican elected officials, but not of Democrats, for making equivalent claims of election fraud.

Government-Funded Stanford Group Successfully Urged Censorship Of Republicans But Not Democrats For Equivalent Claims
Both Republicans and Democrats claimed election fraud, but Stanford Internet Observatory and Twitter only sanctioned Republicans

The US government-funded Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO) claims that its 2020 Election Integrity Project (EIP) and its 2021 Virality Project (VP) were “non-partisan research coalitions.” They did not discriminate against Republicans or conservatives, SIO insists.

But a new tranche of SIO files subpoenaed [the files were requested, not subpoenaed ; see the correction at the bottom of this post - OB] by the House Homeland Security Committee Chairman, Mark Green (R-TN), and Homeland Security Subcommittee for Oversight Chairman Dan Bishop (R-SC) reveal that SIO singled out Republicans for censorship, even though Democrats engaged in similar kinds of inaccurate or misleading speech.

One member of Congress singled out for censorship was alarmed to learn of the pattern. “In striving to silence duly elected Congressmen and prevent them from communicating with constituents,” Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) told Public, “this government-funded censorship network has shown itself to be a far greater threat to our representative democracy than any foreign nation.”

Mike Lindell Cheers Judge's 'Historic' Ruling as Vindication

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg issued a 135-page ruling last Friday in the long-running lawsuit seeking to rid Georgia of its electronic voting machines in favor of hand-marked paper ballots. The lawsuit, filed by individual voters and election security advocacy group the Coalition for Good Governance, argues that the machine's cybersecurity flaws violate the constitutional rights of voters to cast their votes and have those votes accurately counted.

In a footnote of the ruling, Totenberg said that the evidence in the case "does not suggest that the Plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety."

"Indeed, some of the nation's leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists have provided testimony and affidavits on behalf of Plaintiffs' case in the long course of this litigation," she wrote.

Georgia's electronic voting system, which was purchased from Dominion Voting Systems in 2019 and implemented statewide in 2020, has been the subject of various conspiracy theories, including some that claim the machines helped President Joe Biden steal the presidential election from former President Donald Trump. Lindell is among one of the most vocal proponents of those claims.

[...]

In her order, Totenberg, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama, denied the state's request to rule without a trial just based on the arguments and facts of the case. The judge found there to be "material facts in dispute" that must be decided in at a bench trial, which she set to begin January 9, 2024.

"The Court cannot wave a magic wand in this case to address the varied challenges to our democracy and election system in recent years, including those presented in this case," she wrote. "But reasonable, timely discussion and compromise in this case, coupled with prompt, informed legislative action, might certainly make a difference that benefits the parties and the public."

We all set our own standard of proof. Some try to find a way to filter out the garbage without throwing truth out with the bathwater. Others select a standard more convenient to their preconceived notions.

True the Vote Defeats Fair Fight, Stacy Abrams, Marc Elias, and the Biden DOJ

Fair Fight et al v. True the Vote et al | Case No. 2:20-cv-0302-SCJ

HOUSTON, TX, January 2, 2024 - True the Vote (TTV) declares a decisive triumph in their legal battle against Stacy Abrams' Fair Fight, legal teams led by Marc Elias, and the Biden Department of Justice. A federal court in the Northern District of Georgia today affirmed that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution.

In a resounding vindication, TTV successfully defended its actions of December 2020, aiding Georgia citizens in filing elector challenges based on data showing over 364,000 voters appeared to be ineligible to vote due to change in residency.

This victory is a testament to every American's constitutional right to free speech and the importance of actively participating in the electoral process.
