For the millionth time, there are no electors chosen by the state legislatures.
 
The only way Biden would be able to win legitimately is if all the Bernie voters decided to cast their vote for him. That seems very unlikely since most of them sat out and didn't vote last time around.
 
Amistad Project Files Federal Lawsuit Demanding State Legislatures in Contested States Be Allowed to Certify Electors Prior to Congressional Count



The Amistad Project filed a case in Washington DC on Tuesday demanding that legislatures in contested states be allowed to certify electors prior to the Congressional Count on January 6th.



The Amistad Project released a press release stating governors used current federal and state statutes to violate state legislatures’ constitutional right to post-election certification of Presidential electors:
Arlington, Virginia/December 22, 2020 – The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia demanding that legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be allowed to certify electors prior to congressional certification.

“Kings and Queens dissolve parliaments and legislative bodies, not Governors. At least that was the case until this year. Governors in these contested states have declared themselves to be the law due to COVID and are now actively preventing the state legislatures from exercising their constitutional authority to review the election process,” said Phill Kline, Director of the Amistad Project.

“The governor of Pennsylvania is refusing to allow the legislature there to meet, while in Michigan the attorney general is threatening legislators who disagree with certification with criminal investigation, and Gov. Whitmer uses COVID – and later a non-existent threat – as an excuse to prevent Republicans in Michigan legislature from entering the Capitol Building while Democrats were allowed in the building to vote on certification,” Kline continued.

The lawsuit argues that current federal and local statutes interfere with state legislatures’ constitutional right to certify Presidential electors, in a direct violation of separation of powers. It also cites an Amistad Project white paper which illustrates how the Electoral College vote deadline of December 14 is arbitrary and does not apply to the contested states.
We’ll see what the courts do with this one. So far the courts have refused to look at the 2020 election and perform their constitutional duties. The cases to date have been assigned to Obama judges who have no intention of finding the truth and ruling from the bench accordingly.

Americans want justice. Joe Biden stole the election by manufacturing 20 million fraudulent ballots. Everyone knows it. This injustice must be stopped.

There's nothing in the Constitution that says state legislators have the right to certify electors. It does, however, give them the authority to direct the manner in which the electors will be appointed.

So before the election took place on November 3 the state legislatures had provided, via legislation, that their electors would be determined by the popular vote in their respective states. Now, however, some want the legislatures to change their laws after the fact, disregard the voters, and bestow upon themselves the authority to select the electors. Their are a couple of terms for this: "bait-and-switch" and "a violation of Due Process".

Trump has told people recently that Pence isn't doing enough to fight for him as his presidency ends, and has recently taken an interest in Pence's traditional role during the certification. As President of the Senate, Pence presides over the proceedings.

Sources say Trump in recent days has brought the matter up to the vice president and has been "confused" as to why Pence can't overturn the results of the election on January 6.

Pence and White House aides have tried to explain to him that his role is more of a formality and he cannot unilaterally reject the Electoral College votes.

Even if you hate Trump you should be concerned about this election and the cheating going on. I been watching the hearings in the different states of the poll workers who have stepped forward to complain about how the votes were counted. It is pretty sad. I am so concerned about what will happen to our country no matter how this fight ends.

It seems like the majority of the young people are for Biden. The future belongs to them and their children.

I hate that the younger generation thinks cheating to win is okay. They don't see anything wrong with cheating they just think they did what they had to do. They will pay the bigger price for it.

Now that Trump has ushered in Fascism via Nationalization, which is rebranded Communism, welcome to The Great Reset/The New World Order.

It is democrats turn now, so that in 4 years, Americans will be ready for another term of republican, back and forth as it has been done by the corporation for well over 100 years. Neither "party" advocates or promotes Individual Freedom and Fiscal Responsibility.

The sooner people realize this, the sooner they can get down to work, individually, and within their own community.

AGAIN, the November 2020 election was not a referendum on Capitalism vs Socialism (fascism)

Fascism was adopted in the early 1900's and cemented by FDR during the mid 1930's.

In the Communist Manifesto Marx encouraged his followers to

"The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralize all instruments of production in the hands of the state,"

That is precisely what the "progressives" have been doing since the early 1900's - slowly centralizing power over the means of production in DC.

Libertarians must do the opposite

WREST BY DEGREE the power that has been centralized in DC

There is no way , as Marx suggested, that a country is going to go from FREE to SOCIALIST and the opposite is true.
