*****Official SC Debate Thread*****

They actually ASKED the panel if it was right to include RP in the debate at all. FAUX's bias is un-friggin believable!

I guess they aren't gonna interview Dr. Paul. Makes Fox News look even worse if that's possible...

Unless it was Ron Paul who didn't want to do it.

I can't believe they would interview all participants but Paul.

Wait - Yes I can.

This fawning over Thompson is unbelievable. The sad thing is that some people will think this is real. I am not a conspiracy theorist but this is just incredible. How could there possibly be such agreement? For a candidate who just got all of 1.5% of the vote in New Hampshire and who has been roundly criticized for lackluster debate performance before this. Maybe Fred had a few strong cups of coffee before this one and has impressed everyone with the fact that he actually looks alive tonight.

See, that's just it.

Within the ranks of the stupid party, peace and freedom does not sell.

My God they booed him in Iowa when he said Christ was the Prince of Peace.

And of those in the evil party, Ron has no government cheese goodies to hand out, so the other half of the welfare/warfare state has no love for him as well.

There is no doubt this is a an uphill, possibly losing, battle since most are dedicated to the welfare/warfare state. The silver lining is that we are broke and can't afford it any longer, and the longer we hold on to this idiotic policy and direction the harder the fall will be.

Worse is Better at this point.

Unfortunately this is dead on correct. My support for Ron Paul has been for almost 20 years...it will continue long after this election cycle because principles do not change. This needs to be viewed as a political movement and not a one night stand by RP supporters many who seem to have greater mood swings than a paxal addict. Quit is not in my vocabulary.
