Be interesting to see what he says in his victory speech.

-Will he give a shout out to the Tea Party? Rand Paul?

- Will he say "this is a rejection of the Obama-Pelosi agenda... they spent millions trying to defeat me and failed!" (that's sure to endear him to conservatives all over the place)

- Will he try and smooth things over with Boehner and the establishment hoping to get 15 years of seniority recognized? I think that's important to him and the district so I doubt he will saying anything incendiary.

- He should give out a shout out to Senator Scott and remind everyone he's a black Republican in the Senate and they're all proud of him.

He could be an interesting guy to have in the house coming from a much higher office, and having been thrown to the trash by the politicos and media. Could be a hell raiser type, you never know

He's not the type to raise hell... I doubt he'd do that. He likes to get along with people but he's principled.

He'll certainly stand up to the whips behind closed doors.

I asked him on twitter if he'll reject the whips overtures and he said yes. He also confirmed to me something about foreign policy but I can't remember specifically but i was happy with the response. This was early in his primary. He's kept quiet since he won the primary online as he probably knows more people are watching the account and has been advised to button it.
