I am stationed overseas in Japan right now and I got my absentee ballot then. I filled it out and put it in the outgoing mail before the guy was done giving the mail out to everyone. My mom should have voted for him, but I'm not sure about my stepdad. Iraq war issues. I sent them an email explaining Ron Paul's positions, and my stepdad was quoted as saying "I love my country but I'm afraid of the government", so hopefully they got it and it sunk in that there is truly only one choice.
On an aside, I think Ron Paul is the most popular candidate on my ship. My friends and I are trying to get those votes from everyone, although we only have about 250 people on the ship total. We're working it though, despite our busy schedule, for all of us.
I'm starting to get long winded. Thanks to all the Sons of Liberty in the great State of Georgia today. I love all of you.
I voted for Dr. Paul this morning in Dacula, Ga. along with my husband. Also in Ga- my two sisters and their husbands, both of my parents, my mother and father-in-law. I did exit polling and had a man come out whose house I had canvassed- when I asked him who he voted for, he said Ron Paul!!!! I literally wanted to hug him!!!
I voted for Ron Paul of course! Got my mom, cousin, and a few friends to vote for him too. My dad too stubborn with his neo-con ways though I voted up here in Alpharetta/Roswell just a lil north of Atlanta on 400.
