If all he technically did was "suspend" his campaign, I highly doubt he'll endorse anyone. By endorsing, you declare implicitly but quite definitively that you are not running yourself, but Cain apparently did not go quite that far today.

My guess is that he will endorse whichever candidate will pay off his campaign's debt heh
