Apparently the police were called into MI tonight as well. When in doubt, bring your goons. GOP loves them some police state!

Summary of GA Convention, Day 1:

*Boring, just guest speakers today, no voting.
*About 2/3 of speakers mentioned how we need to "be united under the nominee to defeat Obama."
*There were banners in the main room for Romney, the governor, the senators, the Republican reps, the state reps and senators, these and those chairpeople and committeemen, local republican groups...everyone except Ron Paul.
*I think I have to be in the same room as Gingrich tomorrow. Not eating breakfast, might not be able to keep it down.

Hearing Newt will release his delegates before Aug, possibly today. Means they vote their conscious NOT bound. #gagop

newt can't release his delegates under GOP rules. He is 4 million in debt. Till that is paid off they are bound to him. Now if state rules state that if they suspend campaign they lose there delegates. Than that is a different matter. Like in Nevada they dropped the santorum and newt delegates.

They booed Newt when he said support Romney. I do wish they'd just chanted Ron Paul, booing plays into their narrative. But WTF they are going to slander us anyhow.

After the boos, he started 'adopting' the Ron Paul platform and they were screaming President Paul. At the end he said Mitt again, and they didn't really boo, were just silent.
