**Official Blimp Updates**

I can't help but wonder, and I am not trying to be negative, I am just very curious...who will own all of the expensive equipment they are buying after this is done?
This is their business, so I'm sure it becomes company's property. What else? I would do the same.

Look at all the big government trolls from the Huckabee camp in here who are attacking me personally by calling me names and making insults! It's obvious to me that there are people in here who are working for other campaigns.

For those who are NOT trolls please realize...

1) I totally support the blimp project.

2) I totally support those that are involved.

3) I totally support Trevor.

4) I was one of the people who did not complain that they were getting paid even BEFORE their pay was reduced by half.

However, I supported the blimp because in my opinion it being in Boston for the Tea Party would give it a HUGE BOOST! If it is not in Boston it will NEVER have a chance to get such a huge amount of media attention! If it does not get that amount of media attention from the start the huge on going cost of the blimp project (which could end up costing a million dollars) is not worth it and could be better spent on other projects.

I want Ron Paul's campaign to succeed. Because of that I want EVERY dollar to be spent wisely. If the blimp is in Boston it will at PAY FOR ITSELF because of the increased media attention it will bring! Otherwise, I just don't think a million dollars over the next month or so for this blimp is worth the money.

I LOVE the idea of the blimp, but I'm not going to allow emotions to take over my mind. I'm using HARD LOGIC here. If the blimp and the Tea Party are not allowed to SYNERGIZE the money could be better spent on other projects.

You may not agree with me, but that is my opinion.

Give these people a break, who can imagine they aren't doing everything in their power to get the blimp to Boston, I'm sure they want it there more than any of us. Hang tight and don't add more stress.

I'm sure they are working to get the blimp to Boston.

However, I'm just trying to urge them to work harder.

With all due respect, your idea of deflating the blimp just confirms in my mind that you are still a teenager. You obviously have no understanding of what that would entail. And if the weather is bad in Boston even if you trucked the deflated blimp there, you still wouldn't be able to inflate it.

I think the blimp may help the tea party a little, but I think the blimp is a big enough thing that it will stand on its own merit. The amount raised will be the news story, the blimp would be a subline or may even take away from the raised story. It may even be better if it is a couple of days after the tea party because as the tea party story starts to cool, the blimp story would start. I don't know if you follow sports, but it is like when A Rod annouced he was opting out of his contract during the WS. They were both covered on the same day, but if he would have waited, you would have had more days of coverage in total. It is better to make news everyday (as long as it is good news). This is just my opinion, but there is some supporting evidence. I was hoping it would have launched this week as then it would have given a huge lift and visibility to the tea party.

I sort of wish you'd just stop. The owners of the blimp aren't going to risk their blimp just because you donated 10 bucks, or whatever.

The tether idea is ridiculous, and I dont even need to contemplate for a few seconds to make that decision.

I see that Menthol Patch has something new to whine about, well at least this time it isnt about gay porn. =P
