I think Hillary would probably be easier to beat. After RP wins the GOP nom, the Establishment will unite behind whoever the Dem nominee is anyway.

and a lot of greedy parents that want the government to pay for their children's college, by any means the government wants it.
and when there are compulsory summer boot camps as they have in Malaysia some will support that also.

This whole college affordability problem is a great example of what Harry Browne was talking about when he said, "Government cripples you, then hands you a crutch and says, 'See, if it wasn't for us, you couldn't walk.'" Not only have they raised costs, but colleges as they are today wouldn't even be so important in a free market. So whenever someone pushes for increased college funding, they're missing the forest for the trees.

Haha, make the camps religious and half the GOP base will support it right now.
