I hope this wakes poeple up to how bad Obama really is. Dailykos is in a bit of an uproar over this already, and the vote itself isn't for a week.

Yeah, I heard he has a 15-point lead against McCain in a recent Newsweek poll. This ought to set him back a bit.

First he walks away from his strong support of public financing.
Now he walks away from his opposition to this awful "compromise".

Drumroll please ... Obama has just thown the 4th Amendment under the bus. It's getting crowded under there.

The comments are even worse over on DailyKos. Some went ballistic yesterday and vowed not to vote for him. Most just said that they would quit contributing $ and shoe leather.
 
As Obama madly races back to the mainstream " center :rolleyes: " along with John, fund raising, selling out, pandering and LYING all of the way to the general election. :p

May the "best" sleazy TURD win!

not that I'm trying to defend 'Bammy, but it's not exactly a flip-flop, in my book. he does acknowledge the immunity part and pledges to seek a change in that.

I'm curious to see any defense of this stance. I'm also curious to see if Civil Liberties organizations will still look at him favorably.
 
Why is anybody surprised by this?

The people who are the KKKos Kids rant about Democrats who let them down, but they still stand by their "vote only for Democrats" schtick. That's the very thought process that makes the 2 party system unbreakable.

I'm not surprised this is totally what I expected from him.
I know some supporting Obomb'a do so out of frustration, not because they really like him.
 
getting the nomination didn't come freely.
now we get to see who the highest bidders were.
