Obama and ACORN GPS Marking EVERY Front Door in America?

The video was pretty funny. Shooting lasers from space at you as you walk out your door!

My dad uses his GPS when he is out hunting to help him find game if he has to leave it overnight due to darkness. GPS is not necessarily a military tool. Maps were used for bombing raids during the 20th Century. And they were used for the censuses. How many homes were bombed or people arrested because of information attained by using maps and the US census? You guys are funny! They are just using modern technology.

At this point, it is not the actual census but preliminary work to get ready for the census. They are compliling lists and locations of residences so that when they do the actual census they can be pretty certain that they captured (maybe a bad word on this forum!) as close as they can all locations people live at.

Or maybe it is like in the Bible and the Book of Exidus when the Christians marked their doorways with blood so that they would be spared when the Angel of Death came in the night and killed the first born of all the Egyptians who kept them slaves. If you don't let them mark you house they will take you out.

Lasers can also measure the vibrations of your windows and record every sound that takes place inside your home, even from the vacuum of space.

Today, if they wanted coordinates precise enough to target your windows they would first need to either task a mapping satellite to establish your coordinates, send someone in to paint the location, or demand the information from your county GIS (and possibly face court challenges).

After this, all they will need is an address:

DHS Officer: "Call up the audio on 123 Main St, Wahahaw Nebraska"

[(pop) a far away conversation proceeds over the loud speakers] The technician asks: 'Sir, do we have a warrant on this?'

"No, we don't need one. I saw a Ron Paul sticker and a Don't Tread On Me sticker on his car on the last image sweep. I wrote a National Security Letter on him last night before I hit the rack."

And if unwarranted wiretapping doesn't scare you, how about unwarranted glass-tapping? Constitutionalists already fit the DHS definition of a 'terrorist' and we know from that scumbag Governor Eliot Spitzer that the PATRIOT Act DOES get used to take down political opposition.

I don't know that they have a satellite in orbit today capable of lasing your windows and monitoring all sounds in your home; but I know that the technology is feasible, and if they used 2 satellites to do it I believe it would be possible, right now.

Experience in the DOD and afterward with GOV, tells me that if it is technically possible for the Government/military to do something, then if they are not doing it already, they will be soon.

So if it's possible to lase a window from space, it's best to assume they are already doing it. I am already in enough danger from an intrusive government. I don't want to give them the keys to the kingdom. If they want my coordinates, then they need to ask a judge for them.

Well, they already know where I live. They sent me an ariel photo of my property and had it marked off with how much woods I have and how much land would be available for farming.

The department of agriculture knows all!

Seems they wanted to know more information from me as to how much of that land I wanted to farm this year so they would know how much money it would cost them to keep me from doing so.

Wisconsin Appeals Court Upholds Warrantless GPS Spying

Wisconsin Appeals Court urges legislature to update law to protect against warrantless personal and private use of GPS tracking devices.

Police in Wisconsin need no warrant to electronically track the moves of motorists not suspected of any crime, according to a ruling handed down yesterday by the state court of appeals. The decision came as a three-judge panel unanimously declined to overturn the stalking conviction of Michael A. Sveum which had been based largely on evidence provided by a Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking device secretly installed on Sveum's car while it was parked on his private driveway.

Sveum argued that this tracking was illegal because the Fourth Amendment protected him against unreasonable searches. The state countered that police are free to attach a GPS device to tracks a vehicle that uses public roads because the same information would be available to any human officers stationed to observe the streets.

"We agree with the state that neither a search nor a seizure occurs when the police use a GPS device to track a vehicle while it is visible to the general public," Judge Lundsten wrote for the court.

In this case, police did obtain a warrant before using the GPS device, but the appellate judges insisted no such warrant was even necessary. The court based its reasoning on a pair of twenty-five-year-old US Supreme Court cases, US v. Knotts and US v. Karo, which covered the legal limitations of using a primitive transmitter as a tracking device.

"Knotts and Karo teach that, to the extent a tracking device reveals vehicle travel information visible to the general public, and thus obtainable by warrantless visual surveillance, the use of the device does not normally implicate Fourth Amendment protections," Lundsten wrote. "It follows that no Fourth Amendment violation occurred here simply because the police used a GPS device to obtain information about Sveum's car that was visible to the general public."

Although the device tracked Sveum's car to its garage, it did not track movements within the garage. Thus, it did not tell police anything they could not have learned from conducting physical surveillance to determine when he entered or departed from his property, the court reasoned. The privacy consequences of the ruling forced the appeals panel to issue a forceful recommendation that the legislature change the law to limit police power to conduct warrantless tracking operations.

"We are more than a little troubled by the conclusion that no Fourth Amendment search or seizure occurs when police use a GPS or similar device as they have here," Lundsten wrote. "So far as we can tell, existing law does not limit the government's use of tracking devices to investigations of legitimate criminal suspects. If there is no Fourth Amendment search or seizure, police are seemingly free to secretly track anyone's public movements with a GPS device... Consequently, we urge the legislature to explore imposing limitations on the use of GPS and similar devices by both government and private actors. Such limitations would appear to be consistent with limitations the legislature has placed on electronic intercepts of communications."

New Hampshire adopted a law in 2007 banning GPS surveillance on highways not related to a specific criminal investigation. A copy of the appeals court decision is available in a 100k PDF file at the source link below.

That is probably the scariest thing I have read thus far.

What is going on in Wisconsin? Citizens being followed by police, being arrested for carrying a gun, getting fired for having a facebook pic up of a teacher with a gun, etc...

It seems that it may be one of the first US states to go.

Where is that dude running around saying that NH is the freest state in the union?

Yes, I agree this news is definitely unnerving to me. However, I wanted to point out to those who do not think anything of census takers going around painting all our front doors with GPS tracking that they better look at this article a little closer and learn to read between the lines!!

As I have said, the GPS Technology is controlled by the Military Industrial Complex and if people do not think that having their domicile coordinates, in their system, isn't ultimately about getting EVERYONE on the grid--no privacy, no anonymity, and lastly, no liberty then, it's time to stop denying it and get mad and speak out against it while we still have a voice!!

Oh! I live in New Hampshire and none of us are going to escape this tyranny if we are not vigilant in our efforts to stop it now!

How long has this been going on? I had census come to my door about 2 months ago something about preparing for the census.

It started around March and is supposed to go on through to July.

ItsTime
Has anyone mentioned this was put in place by Bush?

I do not doubt it. Most everything that the Bush Administration implemented Obama's administration is continuing it. It makes no difference, Republican or Democrat, they are two wings of the same vulture. :(

Now I remember the lady said something about doing something in my yard.

I didn't think anything of it she was very polite and I assumed she was just taking notes or something.

On the bright side this has come out and hopfully we can erode some controversy over this and they may stop.

I wish I had your optimism. Read through this thread a lot of people see nothing wrong with this invasion.

This administration ignores the constitution daily yet pick and choose parts of the constitution and twist it to fit their agenda. :(

Here is some information from another forum (I am a member of) and a e-mail they received. [my emphasis]

Loudoun County, Virginia- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is advising residents that the U.S. Census Bureau has began its preparations for the 2010 Census. As part of the preparation, "Address Canvassing" is taking place in Loudoun County. These census workers may be seen in your community utilizing a small handheld device and entering information into these devices. These devices help census workers collect and download data for future use during the 2010 Census. [Why don't they just come out and say these devices are GPS and they are locking your address into the government grid?]

The census workers will be collecting data on residential structures throughout the county. Census workers are attempting to collect information on all living quarters on a given property. Census workers should be attempting to contact property owners when they enter the property but in the absence of the owner or resident, the census worker may walk the property collecting their necessary information. [That's right they are collecting this information to place all living quarters on the grid]

Census workers should be displaying an issued ID from the U.S. Census Bureau identifying them as an employee. This address canvassing began in April and will continue until Mid-July 2009.

Citizens with concerns of complaints may direct their questions to the Alexandria Office of the U.S. Census Bureau at 571-730-6370

Anyone seeking additional information about the address canvassing can find information on the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office website at www.loudoun.gov/sheriff.

Census Workers to Verify Addresses in the U.S.
First Major 2010 Census Operation to Employ 140,000

The Census Bureau will launch a massive operation on March 30 to verify and update more than 145 million addresses as it prepares to conduct the 2010 Census.

Nationwide, more than 140,000 census workers will participate in the address canvassing operation, a critically important first step in assuring that every housing unit receives a census questionnaire in March 2010. All information is kept confidential. The countdown to the 2010 Census is officially one year out on April 1.

“A complete and accurate address list is the cornerstone of a successful census,” said Tom Mesenbourg, acting director of the U.S. Census Bureau. “Building on the achievements of the 2000 Census, we have been testing and preparing for the 2010 count all decade, and we’re ready to fulfill our constitutional mandate to count everyone living in the United States.”

The first publicly visible activity of the 2010 Census is ahead of schedule. Address canvassing kicks off a week earlier than originally planned and should conclude by mid-July. The operation will use new hand-held computers equipped with GPS to increase geographic accuracy. The ability to capture GPS coordinates for most of the nation’s housing units will greatly reduce the number of geographic coding errors caused by using paper maps in previous counts.

The primary goal of the census is to count everyone once, only once, and in the right place,” Mesenbourg said. “Because the census is used for reapportioning seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and the distribution of more than $300 billion in federal dollars every year to state and local governments, it’s essential to get this first step right.” [so in the next twelve months there will be no new housing built?]

Over the last several years, the Census Bureau has been actively working on updating its geographic databases and master address files. From implementing the Local Update of Census Address program where more than 11,500 tribal, state and local governments participated in a review of the Census Bureau’s address list for their area, to increasing the precision of the GPS mapping, many advances have been made to compile the most comprehensive listing of addresses in the nation. [I imagine the U.S. Postal service has all this stitched up since people get mail and when they move they sign a card to stop or forward mail to their new address.]

The address canvassing operation will be conducted out of 151 local census offices across the U.S, with most offices beginning on April 6. In most cases, census workers will knock on doors to verify addresses and inquire about additional living quarters on the premises. This is the first census to include group quarters (such as dormitories, group homes, prisons and homeless shelters) in the address canvassing operation, which should improve both the accuracy and coverage of the final count.

There will be one final opportunity to add new home construction in early 2010 prior to the mailing of the census questionnaires.

Census workers can be identified by the official Census Bureau badge they carry. During the address canvassing operation, census workers may ask to verify a housing structure’s address and whether there are additional living quarters on the property.

2010 Census workers will never ask for bank or social security information. All census information collected, including addresses, are confidential and protected by law. By law, the Census Bureau cannot share respondents’ answers with the FBI, the IRS, CIA, Welfare, Immigration, or any other government agency. No court of law or law enforcement agency can find out respondents’ answers. All Census Bureau employees — including temporary employees — take an oath for life to keep census information confidential. Any violation of that oath is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and five years in prison. [Why is the Obama Administration hell bent in taking over the census then?]

The Reason Why the IBM/Lockheed Martin Census Worker Is On Your Doorstep or…IBM’s Dirty Census Laundry

We The People Will Not Be Chipped
Tuesday May 121th, 2009

http://www.wethepeoplewillnotbechipped.com/main/articles.php?article_id=28

From April 1st, 150, 000 census workers, part of a $700 million taxpayer-funded contract, will travel all known streets and roads to identify every living quarter where people live or could potentially live. Each structure also will receive Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates to make sure it is recorded in the right location. [1]

To quote the US Census Bureau advertisement - A New Portrait of America “On April 1st , 2010 , our nation will be counted , every person whoever they are , wherever they live , and what we learn will transform what we know about ourselves….. the 2010 Census , its a new portrait of America. The 2010 Census is an exciting milestone for America , it promises to deliver accurate information about our diverse and growing population. And its important for the future of each community . Census Data will be used to allocate 300 Billion funds in Federal funds every year , it is the foundation of our Constitution.. Communities use the data to plan for their future , like disaster and emergency services , health care services , schools , transportation, libraries, senior centres and more….The 2010 Census builds on the success of previous Censuses and is the best plan and most well researched Census …ever. .The 2010 Census …..It’s Important… this census is the commitment to the American way of life…To Be Counted as a resident of the United States I think is one of the proudest things that can happen to you in this country….Its Important to stand up for yourself …be counted , let people know your out there….its a new portrait of America…..” Cue to the American flag….A video shot of diverse and multicultural people ranging from Hispanics , Asians to African and the echoing words…….”Its easy , its Important, its safe!”[2] flashes on the screen pacifying the end user….”Its safe!”…the words: “Its safe!” burn into your sub-conscience…let’s remember that.

2007, September 20th, marked the year the U.S. Census Bureau awarded IBM (NYSE: IBM) Global Business Services a contract worth $89.5 million over 9 years , to provide data tabulation and dissemination services in support of the 2010 Census Decennial Response Integration System (DRIS) program. [3] Fantastic news to the biggest IT company in the world , otherwise known as Big Blue or as the Nazi Nexus Hollerith Machine company to the Jewish families and other non-compliant races who lost their loved ones in WWII to the Third Reich . We will focus on the IBM Nazi Nexus later in the article, lets focus on what is currently happening with the US Census.

As we speak, the US Census Bureau agents are pounding the pavements in the USA. Armed with their big, heavy device , the HTC Census running on an Intel Bulverde 416MHz processor [4] .Yes sir! The Census agents are getting on with their business with a ‘ I’m just doing my job’ attitude, as they capture your GPS front door coordinates. The catch cry of these public servants echoes the hand that feeds them , the USA Census Bureau . “What are we doing on your doorstep?” Ummmm, we are “Helping YOU make informed decisions” [5] screams the USA Census Agent and don’t you think anything else!

Each US Census Bureau worker is assigned a funky HTC Census – dual-band CDMA/EV-DO device with WiFi support and phone jack. The HTC Census is a phone cable and can be connected to a land-line network. The HTC Census is a data-only device and is biometrically protected to the user. [6] It is obvious the ‘worker Census bees’ have no problem with biometric harvesting and soldier on collecting GPS co-ordinates for the Queen bee.

Front and Bottom

Once the GPS [global navigation satellite system (GNSS) developed by the United States Department of Defense ] co-ordinates are matched to the mapping address , the HTC spits out a ‘you have successfully completed this address’ which motivates the Census worker bee onto the next address with the ultimate goal being to complete the entire list provided.

The little viewed YouTube video of the US Census Bureau, [7] depicts a lovely lady who courteously knocks on the door and introduces herself ” Hi ! My name is Elizabeth from the US Census Bureau . We are in the area today , verifying addresses for the 2010 census …here is a copy of our privacy act along with my purpose here today…What is your address? ….Is this also your mailing address…….Great…ok. Thanks, that sums it up ….if you don’t mind I’ll be up the front updating my maps” The Census worker thanks the house owner and they bid farewell to each other. How lovely! Now back to the real world , we all know we just witnessed wannabe actors and the best paying gig in town was the US Census ad. A brother has to go to eat and i’ts a reference for future acting roles so Ill stop being a hater.

The reality is, the US Census Bureau Agents are conducting themselves in a covert , shifty and stealthy manner . US citizens who have experienced the US Census Bureau agents first hand, have commented they seem untrustworthy, reveal very little when questioned and get the job done regardless.[7x] ‘Getting the job done’ means getting your GPS coordinates …But remember the US Census Bureau advertisement….”It’s easy , it’s Important , it’s safe!” …it’s safe!” Ahhhh, I feel better after drinking the GPS Census Kool Aid…

The US Census Bureau goes on to say “We honor privacy, protect confidentiality, share our expertise globally, and conduct our work openly. We are guided on this mission by our strong and capable workforce, our readiness to innovate, and our abiding commitment to our customers” Who exactly is this customer? A bit of a clue to our readers who are not up with history . The customer is NOT you, its DARPA, the CIA, FBI and other government agencies.

Let us remember these public servants responded to the US Census advertisement which read as follows:

“Thousands are needed for temporary jobs

Conducting the census is a huge undertaking. Thousands of census takers are needed to update address lists and conduct interviews with community residents. Most positions require a valid driver’s license and use of a vehicle. However, public transportation may be authorized in certain areas.” [8]

Would these temporary public servants be as gun ho if they were made aware that IBM had a dark and sinister story they were hiding in the blue chip closet?

What if the US Census advertisement read as follows?

“Conducting a military operation is hard work and GPS marking every door in America requires a hard worker ! Ideally you would not have studied history and specifically have not read IBM and the Holocaust by Edwin Black. You need to have persistent qualities even when abused but remember the data you collect will be extremely helpful to Lockheed Martin and IBM who may/may not pass on the data to government agencies for sinister purposes .”

If we stepped back in time , we would realise that census data is extremely powerful in anyone’s hands but what if those hands were Hitlers? Yes the infamous war criminal relied on IBM Census data in WWII to fuel the war machine. The census data provided illegally by IBM to Nazi Germany was used for planning invasion and occupation plans for Europe and provided key information to the NAZIs to exterminate the non compliant races.

Edwin Black, an award-winning, New York Times and international investigative author, painstakingly documented how IBM’s Dohemag subsidiary, overseen by Thomas J. Watson was an integral part of the Nazi killing machine by providing the necessary automation to ‘locate all the Jews of Europe’ . As the Third Reich embarked upon its plan of conquest and genocide, IBM and its subsidiaries helped create enabling technologies, step-by-step, from the Census , to identification and cataloging programs of the 1930’s to the selections of the 1940’s.[9]

We can only speculate that IBM was awarded the contract as they showcased a successful work history with US Census Bureau. IBM was founded in 1898 by German inventor Herman Hollerith as a census tabulating company[10]. Census was it’s business. Herman Hollerith (1860-1929) developed the tabulating system for the U.S. Census Bureau for compiling the 1890 Census. Hollerith’s patents were acquired by the Computing-Tabulating-Recording Co. (which later became IBM), and this work became the basis of the IBM Punched Card System. But when IBM Germany formed its philosophical and technological alliance with Nazi Germany, census and registration took on a new mission. IBM Germany invented the racial census–listing not just religious affiliation, but bloodline going back generations. This was the Nazi data lust. Not just to count the Jews–but to identify them.Hooray for IBM work experience and double hooray for an IBM proven track record!

“We appreciate the Census Bureau’s continued confidence in IBM to support their efforts,” said John Nyland, Managing Partner, IBM Global Business Services, Public Sector obviously reflecting on the fact “Working with our business partners, IBM is helping the Census Bureau with innovative approaches to flexible and timely data analysis and dissemination.” IBM is also supporting the Census Bureau as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin on the Decennial Response Integration System (DRIS) 2010 data collection contract. Yes that’s right , the world’s largest defense contractor by revenue is working with IBM to ensure America is counted . But let’s not get alarmed…Let’s remember the US Census Bureau advertisement….”Its easy , its Important , its safe!…it’s safe!”

Lockheed Martin’s team was awarded the DRIS contract to:

• Receive, capture, and standardize census data provided by respondents via census forms and telephone agents;
• Provide assistance to the public through the telephone; and
• Receive standardized data collected via hand-held computers [11]

IBM’s subcontracting business partners for the US Census include BAE Systems, ESRI, Space-Time Research, SAS, M-Cubed, Roundarch, Dataline, FWG, Measurable Results, RCM, PKW, Fenestra, and Acumen Solutions. [12]

Let’s not forget ACORN, a group with a history of voter fraud, is also participating in the count, raising concerns about the politicization of the decennial survey.[13]

So what exactly are we alluding to in this article? Are we saying that IBM and Lockheed Martin have used temporary public servants to undertake their cloaked military GPS Census operation? Thats precisely what we are saying . Let us be crystal clear , if the US Census workers were armed with their GPS and dressed in IBM/Lockheed Martin military apparel , there would be an outcry and perhaps an awakening on what is happening to the constitutional rights of Americans. But IBM has shown great veiling expertise and US citizens have barely noticed a massively organized millitarization of their information quietly occuring, shrouded in a cloak and dagger US Census Burea marketing campaign. It can’t get any more intimate and personal than your front door GPS coordinates , can it? The question we must now ask , ‘Why are they doing this and what will they do with the information?’
