Here's what's going to happen to the government grocery stores in NYC:

- Stores will sell goods at below cost, subsidized by taxpayers
- People will steal from stores without fear of reprisal
- People will buy goods at below-market prices and resell them
- Private grocery stores, unable to compete, will go out of business
