Why Cuomo would concede is beyond me. Mamandi only has 44% to Cuomo's 36%. It's not supposed to be over yet.
From what I understand, even though he conceded, he did not drop out, so if he wins, he would have it.

Another major development is that Eric Adams is back in the race as an Independent.

If Adams takes away enough from Mamandi, it could make the Republican win, Curtis Silwa.

Another possibility is that Adams may win himself.
