So I just checked my email and NPR wrote me back after my email telling them it was disgraceful, the way they were handling coverage of Ron Paul.
at the end it links to this NPR story which is actually very possitive, here:

THEM:

HAHAHAHA There is no room for bias anywhere in our newsroom
LOL that would have been funny before Ron Paul!

Classic example of:

"You are answering the questions, take it where you want it to go"

SPIN IT

Policy and Reality are two separate things!

Same reply I got from NHPR back in Dec. I wish I saved a copy, because I really think it's the SAME reply- word for word.

There is no room for bias in their newsroom because it is so full of BS.

Dear Mr. Ombudsman:

Now that your paper has no room to mention that Ron Paul is a Presidential Candidate, I think it also has no room for the 'i' and the 'a' in "BIAS"!

Write them back: "Well, your effort sucks. Maybe you should fire those ex-communists turned establishment schills and hire some real journalists. You are the embodiment of government-media complex."

It's fund raising week where I live and I call them twice a day- that way I know I'll get a different operator- and I always start by saying I have listened to NPR for over 20 years and have always supported it with my donations. I let them ask me what I am donating and that's when I tell them that because of their failure to fairly report on Ron Paul as a candidate I was never going to give them another cent as long as I live.

I get some pretty interesting responses.
