Mitt Romney has tied Mr. Giuliani as the front-runner, claiming 20 percent of the vote. Close behind them is Mike Huckabee, who is polling at 17 percent. John McCain, Fred Thompson and Ron Paul earned 14 percent, 11 percent, and 4 percent, respectively.

I think they are saying....

John McCain - 14%
Fred Thompson - 11%
Ron Paul - 4%

I could be wrong....am I misunderstanding them....it is written a little weird..
