Was hoping Rand would get an opportunity to go after Clinton and link her foreign policy to Rubio's like he did in the interview with Chris Matthews, but he instead got a boring question. Funny that Cruz tried to butt in after Rand's response (which he seems to try and do often) but he got shut down by Jeb, and then they went to commercial

I think it has to do more with Kasitch always interrupting and taking up all the time. .
