If you can vote at any location in ND and Paul held a rally in Fargo then I would imagine Paul supporters would drive into Fargo and vote for him there. The CNN reporter verified that over 2,000 people were at the rally in Fargo. If Paul is within even as much as a 1,000 votes of Santorum when Fargo's count rolls in I think Paul wins.

I could see that being a net 500 for Paul. Not necessarily enough to make up the difference. We will see.

It looks like Fargo is "in" already,unless there's those surrounding areas that are not filled in yet that also are considered "Fargo"...
