News? Off twitter:

Not sure about the Perot comment, but the Reform party has been making moves, mostly for their candidates and other usual party business. They just held their national convention. They have a long way to go as a party still. Not easy when you try to rebuild.

I'm not sure why Ross Perot helping out now, after the race is basically over, does us much good... I'm an optimist at heart, so can someone please explain this to me?

I just can't find anything further on that at all so what he knows remains a mystery.
He does have some interesting TWEETS though Especially re Benton this PM

Today's Federal Case News Details My Investigation Of Bain Capitol's Hidden Ownership Of Company That Makes Voting Machines Switching Votes

^^^that is the guy who was tweeting about the 'upcoming case' now filed to unbind delegates, weeks before it happened. I mention that only as a reason I think he may actually have information about this.

Have not been daring to say anything, but have been convinced for a couple of weeks now that there has been widespread, massive vote fraud at the poll counting in the tabulators based on all the data. I really would like to see that end up in court.

It isn't about that. Apparently it is about votes being switched in delegate conventions or something. But I don't know. This guy was right about that law suit, though, and he was tweeting about it weeks before it was filed.

AFAIK there were no machines used at conventions, it could only pertain to the primaries.

The real question is, if fraud was actually occurring: 1) Will it be investigated and verified; and 2) Will it be ignored after being verified? (I suspect so, but I'm cautiously optimistic as I do not want to give up early)

The "investigation" is being done by lawyers for RP.... They're compiling evidence to back the civil suit, "IF" the evidence supports the civil proceeding it is then officially entered into the court record and may be used to support the complaint alleging RICO conduct.

Devil's advocate: if Romney has any pull whatsoever over votes going his way, why wouldn't he take advantage of this in the '08 election?

these allegations are over the specific machines used in the state conventions selecting delegates. I haven't seen them in writing yet and don't know if it applies to the general election. However, hypothetically one might say 2012 is his RESPONSE to 2008....assuming the broader allegation exists.

While evidence is being discussed there are two distinctly different hurdles to leap in civil and criminal complaints...

In a civil suit it may proceed with only a "preponderance of the evidence"..

Criminal however requires "clear and convincing evidence".

That's all well and good, as long as it's not thrown out simply because it challenges the status quo. I am personally hoping it succeeds as I would prefer for us to win, but it's who counts the votes that matters, and if they're willing to forge the vote, they may be willing to ignore even verifiable evidence of illegal acts taken against us. I hope I am proven wrong and we win in Tampa.

"They" hopefully are not either the judge or AUSA....

This is interesting, but they could still ignore it because they don't want us to win. I could imagine the case being dropped even if it was verified in court and the entire nation was aware of it, and then people getting on with their lives because they now know they can't do anything about it. I certainly hope that does not happen.

Could it perhaps get stalled long enough to where the court case is not resolved before Tampa is over, and then be too late to matter? It seems there may be a few tricks they could throw at this sort of thing. I am being critical here because this is getting my hopes up, and I've been let down before.

God yes!

There are hundreds of tricks to employ.........It's whether or not the judge permits it.
