Was thinking the same thing - the question is leading since the only answers are "The government should do X" and "The government should do Y," which presumes that the government should do anything at all.

I voted "Neither" whenever I could.

The most interesting thing about polls is how they ask the question. The entire poll is prefaced by this:

Pretty obvious the answer they want.

Would still be interesting to see the results.
