New Third Party?

For the health of the nation we need more political parties.

I've only been following Dr. Paul for two or three years. He now has the tag of having run as a Libertarian and currently a Republican, both of which will keep him from getting elected and saving the United States from it's current fashism.

With grassroots effort and a 'write in' Ron Paul Campaign I think it can be done, in fact once it's started, it will take on a life of it's own, kind of like a avalanche.

I don't have a suggestion for a name for this third party but I like the idea of an Owl as it's symbol.

I disagree, what we need to do is dismantle the GOP and replace the leadership with Libertarians, or at least remind the GOP leadership that Libertarianism IS Conservatism. The Neocons in charge of the Republican Party are just as "Big Government" as Democrats and I think that the average conservative person is frustrated with this. When you add rampant corruption to this the GOP becomes very unpopular and many Bush administration rats are already jumping ship, I don't think we'll ever get as good a chance as we have now at seizing controll of the Republican Party.

If Ron Paul doesn't win the primary, then the Republican Party would be handing over the White House to the Democrats. The Republican Party needs us desperately, but I'm not sure they even care, the individual politicians seem more concerned with escaping with their asses in one piece.

All the third parties we need are already there. There is no need to erect another one. Arkris is 200% correct on Ron Paul not winning and a Dem running the Whitehouse.

We can jump ship to a Libertarian or a Constitution party, either one. Their irrelevance is their own fault. They both have set their eyes way on a way too high a goal. They need to work with their communities and elect their parties' mayours, firemarshalls, sherrifs and railroad commissioners. Once they prove that the neighborhood is a better place because of them, move on to a higher goals, like a local justice of the peace or something.

Party power is a slow incremental growth. I voted for Badnarick, but I thought Libertarian party was stupid for getting a Presidential candidate, when there were way too many internal struggles inside and local chapters would break up over some of the most shallow high school shit, like seat belt laws (personal experience in my area).

So let's worry about Ron Paul running a third party when we get there. Besides, I think RP was very black and white about a third party run.

If it comes down to it, we'll just start the Paulitarian Party. It's that simple.

The best thing is for him to get elected as a Republican and then leave the Republican Party after he becomes POTUS and establish a new party. It will have a lot more chance of success that way.

That is definitely the best shot at a third party having any chance on the national stage.

How can Ron Paul be the Republican candidate if he is not even invited to the debates?

How can Ron Paul ever get elected when there is a press boycott against him?

How can Ron Paul ever save America if his message doesn't get out?

The USA is already a full-on totalitarian fashist government, the professional polititians know it , they want to be sure they get the vacine for the coming plague, that is going to facilitate the locking up of plague victims (read political disssidents), the law for that was passed this year.

The antichrist? (read GB) will declare himself emporor for life.

I hope I am wrong and America can be saved, but it is looking a lot like Nazi Germany in 1934, the American people are least informed as the German people were then.
