He had a broomstick with the camera taped to the top. I think he said he had his phone to transfer the feed tapped to the camera. Down at the bottom he had a power pack to keep the rig constantly charged.

Now regarding the 5 needed states, wouldn't Nevada count since we have a plurality of delegates (22 of 25)?

it is pure speculation and others say you can be easily replaced if you do that, and miss voting on VP and rules changes etc. So I dont think we should present it as if it is 'the' strategy rather than an approach some supporters like, either.

WA, IA, MN, ME and LA are our likely five. We still have to shore up WA but it is likely to happen. Shucks we lost the binding vote but this ain't over.

yes, first ballot that is correct.

But I'm thinking Louisiana. I know there are some binding issues there, but I think they were put in place AFTER Oct specifically to stop our guys so the RNC approach works in our favor there. That might have been part of the calculation. I believe LA has more delegates, anyhow.

We had a bunch of people in the minuteman groups around here start the process to be delegates for Ron Paul in 2007 or 2008. I had no real idea what that meant until the Epic Broomstick Guy took us in and kept us up to speed the whole time yesterday.

I think I could do it now.

I would defiantly try to find some way to study and understand the Robert's Rules of Order better. They seem designed to keep things moving and keep a level playing field. So often in my experience they seem to have been used to steamroll agenda's right over those of us not watching our toes close enough.

We chose to NOT unbind our Delegates. We felt that by doing so would be to play Dirty Politics. Just because you have a Sword does not mean that you should abuse that power. We won. Fair and Square.

At the RNC, we will most likely have the Majority and will be able to do the same thing that we've been doing at the State and County Conventions. We change the Rules. We change the Rules to make it FAIR for EVERYONE. And we WILL the Rules at the Republican National Convention.
