Won't have any effect on the outcome of anything I don't think.
 
I think the ties were between both Romney people and Paul people so it's inconsequential.
 
Are the delegates for Santorum and Gingrich unbound now, after the suspension? What's the rule in Nevada. If so we might have 14 delegates on the first vote and Romney also getting 14 from this state. Unless the unbounding works and they don't get challeneged.

Nope, so far today, they've had the Invocation, the pledge, and announced the delegate votes. Now they're breaking ties between the delegates.
 
I suspect they'll start voting on/amending the bylaw report again and at that time the unbinding will be attempted.
