"National Divorce" - is it time to split up?

You're not very good at being cynical, if you can really fool yourself into believing there's anything anti-establishment about this Politburo.

FFS man, you just posted, in the other thread, a political carton mocking democrats for doing just what I'm talking about.

Musk and Gabbard and Kennedy are a "Politburo"?

I may have my differences with all three, I have my differences with Trump, but they are not so great as to not unite, politically, with them to prevent a for real Marxist politburo from taking over the nation and turning us into Venezuela.

All four in your cartoon were ex-democrats. The more they lose people, the better. They are an RCH away from losing Bill Maher, of all fucking people, in a real way, not in a fakey phoney, let me get some more ratings way. He thinks the democrat establishment has lost it's rabid ass mind, which it has.

Musk isn't? Haven't you been following the money? Seriously?

Kumbaya, indeed.

He doesn't believe Harris' handlers can be handling Trump too. They are presented to him as different teams, he desperately wants to think of them as different because the situation is unbearably dire, and he refuses to acknowledge that Raiders players and Chiefs players all work for the NFL.

Didn't Anti Federalist say "never talk to cops"?

Covid indeed highlighted the significant differences between the states

Covid may have been the best thing for secession in a long time

WELCOME BACK!

Now that Trump's back in power we can expect all the blue states to end up seceding instead of complaining about it 24/7.

Smart guy

This hasn't worked out well for Pakistan and India. Or Russia and Ukraine.

That's ofcourse the real argument against unlimited immigration.

At a certain point you splinter the culture and governments are formed through shared culture.

Once groups of people start to distinctly identify as a separate culture group they want to make their own state.

If a state like Texas broke off from the United States chances are it would continue to disintegrate.

Perhaps they could even do it using the internet by splintering the Internet.

Civil war when there is a balance of power is one thing.

Normally it looks a lot like Afghanistan after the United States left it.

Mass starvation and the Taliban ruling.

Well I'm not gonna be afraid of secession just because you think there's gonna be war.

If there's war then there's war. But what needs to be done, needs to be done.
