Since the Federal Reserve is a private banking business, does anyone see any conflict with transparency of a private business, with private property rights?

I was just coming to this thread to post about Markey becoming a sponsor. Our group has been working hard on getting her to support this bill. Just last week there were two articles in our only daily paper in Fort Collins about HR 1207.
