MSNBC keeps reporting that "Ron Paul won the debate, at least according to you."

And then they mention the text poll results. I've never seen anything like it. I've heard that 4-5 times in the last hour or so.

So, is there a new strategy here to pacify Paul supporters before Super Tuesday? I find it a little hard to believe that they've finally decided he's worth mentioning.

Are they just trying to pump their own poll thinking that all of the Paul supporters have already voted? Or what?

I also thought they were a little hard on the other candidates last night, compared to usual.

-------------------------- edit

They keep mentioning that voting is still open.

Here's a link to voting instructions.

lol, the night shift went home late last night. Its the only thing the producers in the morning had to go with since most of the footage was still in the truck.

Yes, MSNBC continues to show Paul as the winner of their "text your vote" poll for who won last nights debate. They literally said his name several times and showed his face, and ONLY his face for like 20 seconds.

They've aired it at-least every half hour so far this morning.

Ron Paul 43%
Mitt Romney 40%
Huckabee 8%

Please text the number (4) to 622639 to vote for Ron Paul

you think they were hard on the other candidates? um, wow...i don't think so. that's what msm has been doing to Dr, Paul in all of the debates. i found it quite amusing....and was glad they were being attacked instead of our guy.

^^ Put this at the top of the post. ^^

Bump.

They just mentioned Paul in the lead again, followed by Romney, and they said all others were in singal digits. They showed Pauls picture for about 5 seconds. :D

I'm optimistic that Paul is beginning to really turn the tide on this race. Everyone understands that the race will boil down to Paul vs. one other and that will probably be Romney. Right or wrong I don't think a large number of the Republican base will vote Romney after it comes down to two. I'm not predicting Paul will win but he will have some pull at the convention if he doesn't go third party.

Yes they did! This is good stuff. Especially on a day when they are analyzing all the personal attacks and half-truths of the debate.

It's like McCain, lie, Guiliani, lie, Romney slams Hillary.... Ron Paul Wins Debate!

I agree. Last night, although limited airtime, really set him apart from the others in a very clear way. It was most apparent during the war question.

Compared to every other debate I've ever seen, yes. They usually get softball questions while Paul's questions are only meant to disredit him in some way. This was different. So, that leaves me wondering what's going on.

Imo their goal was to poke fun at the Repubs and point out their flaws while marginalizing Paul. They are pro-Dem. Both sides know Paul is a threat to the status quo.

Fools! The mainstream media is playing games with you. It's all nWo controlled. Everything is done in a calculating fashion.
