Nope for one thing code is not law. Pure and simple. Even if they are treated the same way they are not. The IRS is indeed not part of the government. I have explained how it is voluntary you can choose whether to get government documents or not. You can shred them you will just be severely disadvantaged.

It's another subtle brainwashing technique, I've become convinced. There's something about the British that make them sound more credible, more intelligent.
