This just happened yesterday about an hour from my home. Both dogs survived. A GoFundMe has been set up for vet bills for them. I gave ten bucks a few hours ago.

View from officers perspective. There was nothing aggressive in this dogs demeanor. It approached in a non-aggressive fashion and then put tail and ears down in subservient posture (I'm guessing to his commands, although sound is not on at that part). There were no hackles raised.
