He has repudiated this hundreds of times. C'mon -- the corporate media aren't even trying to hide their agenda anymore. This is about the establishment versus freedom. And this is the best they've got? Reframe the debate for what it really is... For those on the left it's corporate media, for those on the right it's liberal media bias. In either case it's establishment interests versus a principled candidate.

A classic example of the media trying to create news instead of honestly reporting the news. I remember during the mosque situation in NY where an ABC crew member was dressed up as normal trying to purposely instigate an anti-mosque protester so they could claim the tea party was violent, etc. ABC couldn't pull it off and regressed back to their vehicle on another street except someone followed and confronted - BUSTED on video.

The media can be totally disgusting on both sides. They are far from being journalists, rather media whores for a particular group. Heck, remember the media going after Breitbart for what Congressman Wiener did? Like I said, they lie and are disgusting.

The saddest part is most Americans are influenced by the media's garbage, hence the media knows that.

People, this is the media triage system. Essentially they make a list of candidates and figure which represents their interests them the best. The ones at the bottom of the list are vigorously attacked first. They will shift their attacks around and sometime are subtle in how they get rid of each candidate that might be a threat to them and the powers they represent. At the end of the game, they might select an opponent for their favorite based upon the weakness of that candidate. But, know that they will never be fair, and they don't really give a damn about the country. It's all about protecting a pretty great lifestyle that they have.

Ultimately, the answer might be to have an cohesive alternate media network. The programing would be similar to FOX, CNN or MSNBC, but it would be "broadcast" over the internet. The key here is "cohesive". Most people sit down and watch the box, rather than cruise the internet.

There is plenty on content available, and many competent people that could run segments of 1/2 hr or more. 24 hr programing. Critical of the failed status quo. Both to inform and educate, and to serve as a counter to the biased and self serving media.

It is happening because Ron has a legitimate chance of winning, and because none of the previous media subterfuges have worked to influence a negative public opinion about him. About the profiting - the company had income of 940,000 in the one year they reported. Out of this they had to pay ten staff, printing costs, mailing costs, office rent, and etc. Profit wouldn't be much after all that.
