When are we gonna have the next money bomb day?

my idea is to get a superbowl ad.

thought of that as well...what are they going for these days? 3-4 mil for 30 seconds? Talk about perfect timing for exposure...

I know it would cost alot of money, but that hasn't been a problem with us before. If the superbowl involves the Pats, and they are still undefeated there will be countless people watching it.

Even flying the blip in Phoenix, Arizona would be awesome too!( Where the superbowl will be located this year.)

First we have to secure the money carpet bomb, then the money naval indirect artillery barrage, and then the money nuke. After that, the money hydrogen bomb, and finally, money armageddeon.

I've heard through the grapevine that they don't allow political ads during the Super Bowl.

Also - we don't need more money for a while, just hit 20mill and coast until we can all reload.

Also - wrong area.

A lot of supporters also cannot donate anymore money this quarter due to campaign fundraising laws. The last day of the quarter is 12/31 obviously so theres no point in having a moneybomb until next year so those people who have donated the max amount for the quarter can donate more for next quarter.

THe goal is to it 20 million by the 31st, whether we have another bomb will probably hinge on the Iowa results. THought the point of these was to get media, I think we've peaked the effect of fundraising.

What we need is a rally with over 10,000 in attendence, that and a huge turnout in Iowa

Actually, the contribution calendar goes by election cycle, not calendar year. You are capped to $2300 in campaign contributions per election cycle. That is why I'm holding off onto my final $1000 before I max out - I want to have the money available for when RP wins the nomination and needs the cash for the general election.

In the meantime, I will use vehicles like the Liberty PAC and the Ron Paul Blimp to give as much as I want to the R[evoL]ution.

From the FEC website:

$2,300 per election to a Federal candidate or the candidate's campaign committee.2 Notice that the limit applies separately to each election. Primaries, runoffs and general elections are considered separate elections.

http://www.fec.gov/pages/brochures/citizens.shtml

So you can donate your $1,000 now and $2,300 for the general election if you want.

the 31st? of Dec? Too soon? he has enough money to campagin through the early primaries/caucus states. I think the ideal time for another money bomb would be around january 10th. A few weeks before super tuesday(or whatever they like to call it). Giving him good publicity before feb and money to BLITZ many of these states in the couple weeks before the decisions.

Stoutmaker, I went to this site and it was just a counter till the presidential election. No mention of RP of a money bomb? Plans changed?

We can probably burn and mail out 3,000,000 DVD's for that much money! People will get a lot more info, pass it along to friends, etc.

I think we should have our next big moneybomb on Martin Luther King Jr's birthday (actual date of birth, not the federal holiday).
