Miss Oklahoma is a Ron Paul supporter - says he is a wonderful man

I think both girls are pretty, I don't see why it has to be politicized..it's a beauty pageant.

You don't get it....sure it didn't need to be politicized...but then none of the participants were supposed to be asked a political question.

Of course they were. Would we be talking about it if they weren't asked political questions? That's the point.

In the age of the internet who watches beauty pageants anymore? 5 years ago this thing was in the dump.

Then Trump took over, made it edgy and controversial and now it's in the headlines again. It's following a plan - and it's working.

Where were the silicon and boob scars???

I didn't see them either, and with these pageants I am more inclined to think pushup bras and double-stick tape. I do think, though, she's been airbrushed to death and has enough makeup on to supply a small (vain) nation for a month or two. The tweezed eyebrows, the fluffed up pageant hair... it's not really my type, but it is a lot of people's type, so *shrugs*.

Any guy who doesn't think she is gorgeous is either a f***ing moron or a homo.

Sniff sniff, do I smell jealousy? :D

No, I'm just not a fan of all that stuff. You look how you look, and all the airbrushing and hair-fluffing and manicures and facepaint and Wonderbras and special uncomfortable heels to make your legs look slimmer or whatever... seem like a waste of time. At some point it all has to come off! If you're always living in a false state of physical appearance, will you know what to do when you have none of those safety nets around? Or will you be insecure and unsure of how you look best, and feel unsexy?

Most guys (and this will probably shock some people, and some guys will leap up to ridicule or feign ignorance) seriously care way less about physical imperfections than they're given credit for. There's chitchat, and then there's "but if she offered to sleep with you, right now, would you say no?" If she's absolutely awesome, the looks won't matter unless they cross a certain line, and that counts out of the bedroom, too.

Being comfortable in your own skin is a great step towards being comfortable when your skin's all you have on.

She's cute (I think?), she's just not my type.

You forgot Vince Vaughn and Arlo Guthrie. I'd take both of them over anybody else you mentioned.

Yeah, I totally forgot about Vince Vaughn until I was watching Wedding Crashers last night. Vince Vaughn is the coolest ever!! He's hilarious!!!

Oh, boy, a beauty queen contestant is a fan of Ron Paul.

Talk about damning with faint praise. :D

I doubt she is a real fan of Ron Paul. She just keeps responding to all his questions with the same tired ass line, suggesting she really has no idea whats at the heart of these issues. Which is why i'd bet anything she wouldn't back Ron Paul on liberty when it comes to social issues, or on the war. But anyways, she is a beauty pageant contestant. She isn't making a career out of opening her mouth...
