Mexico refuses to pay for wall

Or is it really just Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California they want back?

First thing they'd do is probably establish socialized medicine, create various monopolies, and install a corrupt police state.

After a while it'd probably turn to farcical elections between two politically connected socialists as the people are dumbed down through compulsory state education glorifying the commons while demonizing free markets.

There would probably even be secret police, clad in ski-masks, kicking down the doors of productive members of society for inane regulations and laws.

I could even imagine, if Mexicans took over our government, of course, one being prohibited from being able to grow food for their family as the state has declared that the land could be used for better things. After a while, of Mexican rule, that is, they'd probably even start seizing private property for special interests justifying it perhaps by saying said property would be put to better use... you know for parking, or something.

Oh and taxes would probably be outrageous. Under Mexican rule, of course, I can imagine one's standard of living plummeting as people pay over 50 percent of their worth in taxes.

We definitely would not want such barbarity to infect the United States of America.

The only logical thing, absent summary executions, of course, would be a giant fence, 'papers' checks, and branding each child born within America a special number to allow them to engage in simple contracts. Otherwise we might turn into a despotic, socialist, hell hole.
