This is old news. Megan McCain is the liberal left's favorite Republican, and they're more than happy to keep her on a pedestal, much like they revered her Dad as a war hero until the real election came around.

Take her “beef with Ann Coulter.” (Ms. McCain’s not the first or only one on the Right to ever criticize her, by the way.) If Ms. McCain sincerely detests Coulter’s “demeanor” and “extreme” thinking, statements, and behavior because they represent “hate” and alienate young voters, then how is it that the same genteel Ms. McCain can cheer the cretinous, left-wing extremist Russell Brand?

Wise ones often listen, learn and correct course when needed, so your point is well taken.

That said, at some stage there is little value in listening to discredited/proven crooks and liars such as Judith Millers, Billy Krystols of the world, Faux or many MSM talking heads. After having rationally observed and learnt, why waste time on a useless exercise when there are better sources? That's where I was coming from.

I listened to Laura Ingraham the morning after the SC debate, where the go-round with Guiliani happened. Let me assure you that she said nothing about Ron Paul that could have been considered kind either. And if you think Meghan McCain is one of us, then I don't know what to tell you.

We need to stop giving her any air or debate time. The MSM (particularly CNN) has an agenda to keep her in the spotlight in an effort to trash Conservatives. She is just another tool of the MSM to destroy the effort to remake the party with real Conservatives.

She also seems to be using the media and the media using her for a future in politics. Just like her father this is a voice we can do without in the party. CNN and NBC will likely not be satisfied until 5-10 years from now we have a Senator Megan McCain . Just sickening.
