Lol? You can't be serious...
She has the same FP as Ron, is against NDAA, says she will end the police state...check her out. She's speaking live now on CSPAN .

lol...3rd party, write Ron in, or vote for Mitt...good choices, same result. Obama gets elected.
I'm beginning to think that another Obama administration may be good medicine for the country. (!) Think about it: we in the liberty movement know and understand the usurpation of liberty that America has suffered since 9/11, and even before then. We have attempted to educate and inform those we love, those we know, and those we meet. Our efforts have not been in vain; we are the "voice in the wilderness" that has been ignored and maligned.
By 2016, we would have very little convincing left to do. Especially if Obama wins another term.
Granted, the good Doctor will be off the political scene by then. I doubt, however, that he will go home and take up the rocking chair. RP will continue to do as he has always done, only outside the confines of elected office.
So does this mean Paul won't get a speaking spot @ the Convention???
I think some are confusing a speaking slot with a nomination speech. If Paul had gotten his name into nomination (and he still may have, I think there's questions about some other states) then he would have gotten a fifteen minute nomination speech that he could use to "campaign" for the nomination (Romney will also get one but a surrogate will speak in his place, if history is a guide).
A "speaking slot" is a primetime, usually nationally televised speech on the floor. It's different than a nomination speech. He would have to be asked by the RNC or Romney campaign to deliver the speech, and we'd find out in the weeks before the convention (probably right after the Olympics.)
Just to clarify, since there seems to be confusion (in other threads especially): a prime time speech is not dependent on being nominated. A nomination speech is not a prime time, televised affair. It occurs at the same time as the roll call vote for president and in 2008, occurred after Sarah Palin addressed the convention, near midnight.
Ron won't get either. $33 million, and all we're going to get is Rand Paul stumping for Mitt fucking Romney.

Oh, come off it. We have Kurt Bills winning the Republican nomination and he needs our help to win the general. We have Thomas Massie winning his Republican nomination. Chris Hightower won his Republican nomination too. And those are just for starters. We have liberty folks in leadership positions in the GOP in more than a few states and that will make it much easier in those states to get liberty people elected. It looks like the Audit the Fed legislation might just pass this time. And Ron Paul has brought in a whole ton of more people to this movement.
There was never a magic bullet to turnaround in one swell swoop what has taken decades to destroy. It's going to take a lot of more hard work and strategy. But, we are making progress. Not as fast as we wanted, but we are making progress. What's the alternative? Just gripe and give up?

Rand just told Romney he wants a public plug for the audit the Fed bill:
Rand Paul to Mitt Romney: Support Audit the Fed bill
Senator Rand Paul said Wednesday that he wants presidential candidate Mitt Romney to come out publicly in support of Ron Paul's Audit the Fed bill. His father's bill recently passed by a voice vote in the House oversight committee, and will come up for a full vote in the House next month.
