This story makes me want to go watch "Fat Head" again! Rock on McDonald's!!

Fat Head does not promote McDonalds or fast food as being particularly healthful.. in fact, doesn't a kid's meal come with a sugary drink?

McDonalds is really a piece of shit restaurant, but I'm not going to physically stop anybody from eating there.

I ate McDonald's as a kid plenty of times and I was always skinny, and I've never had any health issues. I don't blame McDonald's AT ALL for fat ass kids that have heart problems. I blame the parents that never cook a healthy meal. A little junk food is not going to hurt you.

As did I and I was as scrawny as a little kid can be. I actually didn't start packing on weight until I decided I didn't like McDonalds anymore oddly enough. I second what you're saying about not blaming McDonalds for making kids fat tho, bad parents who buy it for their kids every day and let them sit on the butts playing video games for hours a day are the ones responsible.
