McCain BOMBSHELL! Digg this so the media sees it.

John McCain should have been in jail since the Keating 5 broke...All of these years since, he has gotten a free ride on that too...

Now, tell me, how does that happen??

This dude has gotten so many free rides and BS sympathy, I'd think he was the Reading Railroad.

I don't care if he did those things or not, he was a POW and tortured... I bet one day in there and most of you would be making movies against Ron Paul... this is the worst post ever... I am so disgusted right now I could vomit.

I agree with you. We might not agree with Mc Cain, and there are many things that we can hold against him and should hold against him. But this isn't one of them.

This sounds like swift boating to me and it isn't right. I haven't been a POW and doubt any of you have. I would be pretty caution questioning McCain's 'less than honorable motives'. I may disagree with McCain politically but lets debates issues of substance and leave this sort of crap out of the debate.

Conspiring to prevent the return the POWs IS an issue. McCain is a traitor.

Buried. The veterans that have beef with McCain have earned it. You haven't.

I don't knowif Chris Matthews is your real name, but you're about as pro liberty as the TV version is, i.e., not at all.

ETA: The veterans who have an issue with McCain have been speaking about this for years. And, it goddamn well is an issue for all Americans - as are the others concerning this oath violating traitor to his country.

Some of you believe everything that you read without any proof to back it up. I expect better critical thinking from Ron Paul supporters

There hasn't been a single POW in Vietnam since operation homecoming, spring 1973. Claims of the contrary are nothing but myths.

John McCain repeatedly thwarted attempts by U.S. Senate investigators to examine the abandonment of American POWs in Southeast Asia and North Korea.

And, he obstrructed efforts to investigtate

A little reminder of McCain attacking Ron Paul

For fuxsake, do the research. In addition to his betrayal of POWs, his McCain-Kennedy AMNESTY, he took bribes from Keating. Look up what the Arizona Republic has wriiten on him.

Award Winning Documentary Shows Allegations Of McCain's Efforts To Block POW Investigations, Reports KST Communications

For Immediate Release
OROVILLE, Calif./EWORLDWIRE/Jan. 18, 2008 --- The award-winning documentary film, "Missing, Presumed Dead: The Search For America's POWs" narrated by Ed Asner backs up allegations that John McCain repeatedly thwarted attempts by U.S. Senate investigators to examine the abandonment of American POWs in Southeast Asia and North Korea.

"Missing Presumed Dead," which won two film festival "Best Documentary" awards, explores McCain's successful attempt to pass a stealth bill in the Senate which effectively keeps his POW records sealed in perpituity and provides insight into why he does not want these records ever to be made public - including the revelation of the many propaganda radio broadcasts he delivered for the North Vietnamese. The film also explains why McCain's refusal of early release from a North Vietnamese POW camp had a less than honorable motive.

The charges against McCain are revealed in the documentary by such political luminaries as former New Hampshire Senator Bob Smith; Jesse Helms' chief of staff, Dr. James Lusier; former Congressman Bob Dornan; U.S. Senate lead investigator, Tracy Usery; and author, Dr. Joseph Douglass, Jr. ("Betrayed").

This documentary goes in depth to answer some of these persistant questions:

Why were these POWs abandoned?

Are some of these POWs still alive in North Korea and Vietnam?

Is John McCain really the president we want guiding our future generations?

According to Jerry Kiley, a group leader of Vietnam Vets against McCain, Kiley says, "John McCain has created this myth that he is a hero, and he is not."

Kiley's group cites as evidence a May, 1973, U.S. News & World Report article by McCain in which McCain said he realized, on his third or fourth day of captivity after his plane was shot down in 1967, that his knee was so swollen the blood might pool in it and kill him, so he offered to give military information to his captors in exchange for medical treatment.

Consequently several military missions were compromised.

"Missing, Presumed Dead" was supported by several POW/MIA organizations who cite John McCain as one of the biggest obstacles in resolving the abandonment of America's POW/MIAs. Go to http://www.missingpresumeddead.com to learn more.

Unless more comes out, about special treatment or soemething, if he was facing torture then I can't really blame him for the propoganda or the information giving (unless your James Stockdale, the guy who was brutally tortured by Vietnamese personnel (he refused to give info), when they wanted to use him as propoganda he mutilated his own scalp to prevent them, and when they put a hat on him to cover it up so they could still use him, he beat his own face beyond recognition.....that guy had REAL balls)....but anyway the fact that McCAin TRIED TO COVER IT UP afterwards, and that some of the POWs may still be around, and that some of the were sent to the Soviet Union for human experimentation, makes me sick to my stomach. He sent his own men to death and torture, and possibly DECADES of incredible darkness and suffering simply to advance his own political agenda. This man is an outright TRAITOR, and a shoddy excuse for a human being.

John Amnesty McCain was not a POW when he conspired, in the US Senate, to prevent investigation into POWs/MIAs and to classify his recornd, now was he?

Please stop making excuses for this traitor to America and Americans.
