The word this am. is that commercial vacancy hits a 10 year high in the first quarter. More on the way. A CA Marriott defaults on a 51M loan. 399 more hotels standing stage right.

Indiana, "Fort Bend Independent School District, officials have announced that a total of 470 positions will be eliminated."

PA. "About 200 employees will lose their jobs when Garland's doors permanently close."

Waiting on the big States to finish their budgets and check into reality.

This will likely make more commercial available shortly.

"St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, the last Catholic general hospital in New York City, has voted to close its inpatient and acute care centers, effectively closing the hospital after more than 160 years." Imagine how many employees that impacts along with doctor's that practice there. That will impact other hospitals.

Many hospitals are cutting staff.

"consumer credit fell $11.5 billion in February." Hacking off those credit cards bills with big interest faster? Hmmn and the banks were counting on those big interest payments. Flush and swirl.

Do ya just think they might have paid off credit card debt in March if they got refunds. I know some that did just that.
 
BREAKING: Unusual price action continued today as the Dow closed down near 10.9k on slightly higher volume. Both S&P and Dow have been unable to hold above their 1200 and 11k resistance zones.

I am glad the heat moved to the East. 120 degrees to follow with high humidity to concentrate in DC. They need to sweat like pigs in the Capital.
 
CL if they make rails, like they put up condo's that fall, I am not sure I will want to ride the rails.

Heck, our Country is so broke, they will not be able to pay China without raising taxes. Wait, BO said no tax increase. I wonder if his pants are on fire? His nose keeps growing. It is so pointed up, he needs a beacon on the top for airplanes.
