Marijuana Users?

I've admitted on local television that I've smoked pot, while interviewing a politician who was arguing that marijuana users should be locked up.

That kinda made him lose his momentum -- "Do you think I belong in prison, sir?:

I've used it and have come to the conclusion that it's absolutely safe in most recreational and medical situations. There is actually some recent research linking certain cannaboids with their tumor-shrinking capabilities. Exciting stuff.

What I don't understand are people who criticize it or think less of those who use/have used marijuana. One who has never experienced it could not possibly imagine how it feels or what it does, no matter how many people they've witnessed under the influence. Just not possible. If you've never used it, then I'd wager you are missing out on one of nature's most amazing therapeutic compounds.

I tend to think less of people who regularly use any type of mind-altering substance... (Alcohol, nicotine, marijuana, LSD, chocolate, etc.), on principle more then any hard evidence that they become lesser people after taking it.

I did last weekend for the first time in almost 3 years actually. Oh how i missed it so LOL, Its so much better than alcohol just because i feel so sloppy when im drunk. Also, i never seen anyone who Smokes be a "violent smoker" as opposed to some jerks you run into that are "violent drinkers" sometimes

I don't really have any hookups anymore so i guess ill have to wait for our new RP Republicans to get into congress and legalize it for me so i don't have to go searching

Trust me I would, the problem is, if i was growing my own i would go back to smoking every day again. But my work place tests us alot, i saw too many people get fired over it. That is why i had the 3 year hiatus from smoking. Id rather buy it and do it on occasion so i am less likely to pop on a test.



Of course i am talking about smoking oregano

I would use PM's for this type of conversation and even then I would not trust it. We are not free, yet. Internet forums have already been used recently to bust American grow shows. Be very careful what you post on the internet and what you type in your emails. Plus you broke rule number one in this police state, never tell or show anyone who doesn't need to know about your grow.

Of course not, but could easily be used against you as an in road to submissable evidence. Please do not pretend that these law enforcement agencies always play by the rules, in fact they rarely do. I am sure you can imagine some scenarios pretty easily. It has already been done, over and over. Call me paranoid, but they can take every thing you own not just your plants, and throw you in prison. There used to be quite a community of growers on the forums at cannabisculture.com and many of them caught heat when the DEA finally went after Marc Emery for seed sales to Americans. Turns out the DEA had been watching for a long time (including mail) and you can bet that very little of that evidence gathered from those forums ever saw a court of law, but many of the growers would have been safe if they weren't posting there. The number one reason growers get busted is their mouths. It is simply not worth it. Once they know you are doing it....

I hear that for sure but your freedom is just as important to me as my own, is the only reason I posted. They can take your house, your car, etc. If you have a family there should also be protections in place in the event that you are busted, kids never deserve the fallout from this and it can be pretty tough on them.

Why, though? Why should what another person does in their spare time matter, provided that it doesn't hurt anyone?
