Marijuana reform initiatives on the ballot in 2012 - Official Results Thread

We legalized medicinal marijuana in MA tonight.

Owning a small amount for personal recreational use is already decriminalized (but still technically illegal)

I expect we will have a ballot measure like CO in 2014.

I really hope this becomes a domino effect once everyone can see how much better it is with it legalized.

Wow, excellent excellent. A step in the right direction. Will tourists to Washington State, Colorado be allowed to purchase small amounts like in amsterdam? Or how amsterdam used to be? I promise my Wife and I will plan a trip and do shopping for other things too. It could be a boon for tourism. How will the obama admin react to this? Will it be legal to use your colorado card in california or hawaii?

doesn't look like there will be legal marijuana in Oregon, no surprise.

I'll dig into the local city-wide ballot initiatives tomorrow, see how things turned out in Michigan and other states.

Awesome.

I anticipate the feds will fight this and it'll be a great issue to win people over to the idea of state's rights
